Our family absolutely loved this property. Beautiful, well-appointed home with large backyard. Perfect for family occasions, and there is a bedroom on the ground floor for a family member who can’t handle the stairs. Owners are communicative, courteous, and responsive. Everyone said they wanted to return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great house for our 10 person vacation. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and large backyard. Beaches, mini golf and restaurants all a short distance away.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous property with everything you could think of or need, very clean, and was so close to shops and the beach. I booked this home for my family and I to stay during my sister’s wedding weekend - they couldn’t stop saying how nice it was and were all extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

Great clean house! The stay was better than expected. Private rocky Beach at the end of the road. Going to the beach was a workout, not for people who aren't fit. Fire pit, bikes, large outdoor seating area, hot tub. Beds are a little hard. Large bedroom with 3 beds was great for kids. Host was easy to reach out to for anything. We had a great stay, thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was perfect with a nice large yard and everything was clean and well taken care of! The host was easy to contact also! Very easy to give 5 stars!

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay at this Riverhead gem! The house is spacious, immaculate and had a very nice homey feel. Location was a 10 - 15 min. drive to wineries and North Fork restaurants The primary suite was huge and the bathroom very lux. Yard was great for hanging out and house had 3 nice cruiser bikes. We would definitely stay again!

We felt the house was very comfortable for our stay of two nights with eight people. There was plenty of seating inside, and the pictures were an accurate description of the house. The owner was very easy to contact throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working. We ended up driving to Reeves Beach with the pass that was in the house book because we had two people who were unable to do the 300 stairs to get to the beach that was within walking distance. Reeves beach was a short drive and a lovely beach where we spent a day. The master bedroom was huge. The yard was lovely. We were there for a wedding so didn’t get to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay with extended family at this home. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and the owner responded quickly to any questions. The backyard is an oasis, we wished we had better weather to enjoy it more.

House was immaculate and just as the description and pictures indicated. Plenty of pans, utensils, plates, etc in the kitchen. Rooms were very good Backyard was spacious, had two sitting areas , privacy and the hot tub was very nice. Host answered any of our questions before the stay plus we had one question during our stay - with an immediate response. In a very private neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac plus a very short walk to get to the beach. highly recommend and would stay again.

My first impression was how clean the home was. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful back yard much but it had everything you could ask for to host a family gathering. The listing photos/descriptions are accurate but I think it's even better in person. 10/10

Host was slow to respond to text messages. To me, it really adds to the experience when you sense the host is trying to be helpful. That didn’t come across. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. And the builder came up with a beautifully designed home. The hot tub was broken. In my view, it should have been repaired or some sort of credit should have been offered. We were a small group so it didn’t matter about the number of towels. But bring extra if you are 8-9 adults and staying more than overnight. If this were my home, I would repaint the front porch since the paint is peeling. Some of the furniture is old, cheaply made, and looks out of place in such a high-end house. Will any of this effect your stay? Maybe not. I just didn’t come away feeling good about the experience.

The house & property were very clean and well appointed. Robert, the property manager was friendly, informative and quick to responsive to our few questions. The accommodations for dining and conversing (both indoor & outdoors) were perfect for our group of eight.

Great Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place in Riverhead! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Robert was a great host—communicative and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

This was the perfect location to enjoy the vineyards for my friend’s bachelorette party. Everyone had a comfy room and the space was very generous. Additionally the yard was massive and had ample seating. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this to all!
