Welcome to your ideal family getaway in South Venice! This beautifully remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for multiple families or large groups.

The unique split layout provides two separate living areas:
• Main Side: 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, 3 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms.
• Guest Side: Second living area with a Queen sleeper sofa & single sleeper pull out chair.
• Bonus Room: A 4th bedroom with a sofa for a single sleeper, located between the 2nd living area and the 5th bedroom, great for kids.
• Private Entry: The 5th bedroom (King) features a separate outside entrance for added convenience.

Enjoy the heated pool and screened lanai for year-round outdoor relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and all bedding & towels are provided.

The home is on a septic system and well water, featuring a brand-new Reverse Osmosis filtration system for fresh, clean drinking water.

Located just 10 minutes from Manasota Key, Venice Beach, and Downtown Venice, with shopping and dining right around the corner. Book your stay and experience Florida’s Gulf Coast in comfort and style!

Nice place to stay with family

Comfortable beds, beautiful warm pool, all of the necessary kitchen stuff. Near beaches. No issues. I would recommend this place.
