Location was ideal and the house was very spacious for our extended family. The house can use a little updating especially the outdoor furniture. But overall a pretty good stay.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this large house with perfect set up for our extended family! The location was great 3 minutes to our favorite beach. The house needs some updating. The outside furniture was pretty warn and the dog hair on one of the outdoor lounge should’ve been cleaned. Also some of the towels were stained. But there were many good things with this house.

Glows: proximity to the beach, spacious accommodations, lawn maintenance was timely and appropriate.Grows: pool deck and lanai need to be pressure washed and the cushion covers need to be replaced. A garage door opener would be useful, and toilets didn't flush well.

Perfect, quiet, well equipped!

Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, children) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. Two minute drive to the beach, quiet neighbourhood for morning walks, lovely pool and patio. Everything we needed was provided.

Terrific

House was extremely nice, beds were very comfortable, but the best part had to be the pool. Two-year-old learned to swim and loved swimming with her grandpa.Grill was dirty but hopefully we left it cleaner than when we first got there.All in all, we had a very good time.Thanks for letting us rent this great vacation home

Pro: Very nice home. Beds comfortable, plenty of room for family. All good but best was the pool. Two-year-old Granddaughter learned to swim and loved swimming with her grandpa every day. Beautiful home!

This home was perfect vacation home for our family! The rooms, the pool, we rarely left ! The area where the grill sits was perfect. We recommend for all families or friends gathering!

It was a great house!

Absolutely amazing house! The AC went out on the last night and it was to late for us to say anything, hopw that problem got fixed, but it was amazing!

Nice location and very spacious house with plenty of parking for multiple families.

We really enjoyed our stay. Within minutes to Manasota beach, close to Venice Beach and shopping areas. The only downfall was that the pool heater did not seem to be working properly. It was somewhat cold while we were there (60's-70's) and heat in the pool would have been nice. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved everything about the house, planty of room for the hole family! Few thing may help if there will be more toilet paper and kitchen garbidge bags. But other then that we LOVE the stay! It was worth a drive from CA. Hope one day to return!

...if you are in Venice / Nokomis / Englewood - we really enjoyed this home. Property management is super friendly and resolved some issues we had (with AC) quickly. Do we want to go back here again? That's a no-brainer, yes we would!
