Very peaceful and private location. Come and enjoy some time off in this all natural peaceful setting. From sunrise, to the most amazing sunset's, over our spring fed pond. Located right outside of your tiny home! Feel free to engage with our horse, HANK. He love's the attention! Free parking under the Grand Oaks at the front entrance, with your own designated spot. Your own personal golf cart, will then be provided for your tiny home access, on the back 5 acres, for the length of your stay. Carts are to remain ON THE PROPERTY at all times. Be sure to take advantage of your fire pit at Sunset and as you Stargaze into the night! Firewood is available on site. Just ask during booking and we'll have your pit ready to burn. $8 a bundle.

I loved staying here! The golf cart was a really cool touch and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Loved meeting Hank the Horse and Nancy is such a nice host.

10 out of 10 for a reason.

Never been made to feel more at home. Bed 10 A/C 10 cleanliness 10 Peaceful 10 stunningly decorated. Gulf cart to go from parking to house was a nice touch. Rented a lot of places on VRBO and this is the first 10 out of ten experience.

Lovely and Peaceful

Loved the house and the property including Hank the horse. Close to Clermont and Winter Garden and their awesome weekend farmer’s markets.

Peaceful and tranquil

The property was so peaceful and the little house was just enough room for my stay. Hanky the horse is so sweet and I really enjoyed seeing him every day and getting to feed him carrots. I actually miss him now that I’m home. Nancy was very nice and I came in late the first night so she made sure that she drove me back to the property on the golf cart because it was dark out. Recommend especially if you like a peaceful quiet place to stay.

Nancy and Paul were so sweet. They greeted us right in front of the main property gave us the key and show us how to use the golf car. We follow Nancy on the gold car to the tiny house. She show us the house and told us how everything works. She said we had free range of the farm and to make sure we sow some time with the horses which we did and loved every minute of it. We stayed for a few days but felt like more because everything simply slows down. We felt so relax and we just forgot about our regular life there! Absolutely stunning views!!

Use of the golf cart was unexpected joy. Scenery, horses, serenaded by the frogs and birds when we opened the windows and turned off the AC. Good WiFi if you need it.

Very nice gateway

The property is perfect for a little gateway with your dear ones. Nancy was such a great host, didn’t say no to any of our requests! Definitely a place to run away from the crowded cities! Planning our next trip over there already!

Forever a Favorite

This was our first tiny home experience and will forever be at the top of our list. We were greeted by Nancy who showed us the way to the home and gave us a quick tour showing us things we needed to know. The home was in pristine condition! Nancy and Paul did a fantastic job restoring the home. Everything was perfect-the linens, super comfortable for the four of us, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening watching the sunset while the kids ran around playing and also fed the horses. It was so quiet and a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of life. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property.

Happy!!!!

We loved the tiny house so much!!! It was perfect for us and in the most beautiful breath takingspot! The horses were so beautiful and friendly. The golf cart made it so fun! I really actually enjoyed the part where people couldn't just show up to the door they had to have us come get them with the golf cart. Gave us more privacy that way which really made our trip so much more enjoyable because we had more intimate alone time. Such a beautiful place. The property owners Nancy and Paul are truly wonderful and the nicest people I've ever met and their son is too.😁 They really help you out with anything you ask. I say they go above and beyond. Thank you for allowing us to stay and for making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend everyone stay at this beautiful place in Howey-in-the-hills Florida you will not regret it. We will be back as many times as we can be. 😁

Relaxing and beautiful

This was the most wonderful and peaceful stay for two. We relaxed by a fire and enjoyed the beautiful horses and scenery. 10/10 would recommend! Owner is very friendly and has great taste in the small details and touches of the tiny home.

Absolutely perfect getaway!

My friend and I rented the tiny house for her birthday weekend away and it was perfect! The scenery just gets to you. Everything was perfect from the little touches Nancy gave to the house, to the horses coming right up to fence near you, to the beautiful sunset on the lake. We had a great time enjoying the outdoors but the tiny house was just as perfect. We didn't want to leave! Loved it! Thank you Nancy and Paul for your sweet hospitality and for truly making it a wonderful experience.

Perfect Beyond Words

I stayed here with my soon-to-be 10 year old daughter for two nights because she loves horses. We were not expecting hosts as accommodating as Nancy and Paul and certainly not the I N C R E D I B L E housing that awaited us. This tiny home felt like it was built by someone who loved us very much... built especially, specifically for us. Each minute detail was warm and welcoming. Very strong Wi-Fi, Netflix for all! My daughter adored her own loft bedroom and spent quite a while showing it off to everyone back home. My bedroom was fantastic and my mattress gave me a wonderfully comfortable nights sleep. The shower in the bathroom was bigger than in our home!! Everything was so clean and you couldn't find softer towels in a hotel for the same price. It didn't feel like we were strangers in someone's home, it felt like we WERE home. There are three horses that are the friendliest I've ever met and we fed them carrots and apple sclices as they came up to graze right by our little house. My daughter even rode Hank, who was so amazing with her. The sunsets? Breathtaking. This experience-- PERFECT. This will be one of the first stops when we come to visit Florida in the future.

Was this a VRBO? Or HEAVEN?! It wasn’t even clear…..

Absolute PERFECTION at this tiny home on a lovely horse farm - the pix don’t do it justice! The tiny home itself was immaculate, felt really quite spacious, and had every accommodation one could possibly need - and additional touches that made it feel exceptional, like the outdoor grill, firepit, outdoor seating, hot tub, and your own golf cart. Also, the finishing detail in the tiny home was beautiful, giving it a high-end accommodation feel with a well-equipped kitchen for terrific meals at the picnic table overlooking the pasture. The horses were very friendly, calm, and ADORABLE - came right up to the fence that’s close by and ate carrots & apples right out of my hand! The nature sounds every AM & PM were therapeutic & AMAZING - AND the bedroom had an upgraded, very good bed - sleep there was DIVINE. Nancy & Paul were outstanding hosts the entire week - they didn’t need to offer any more than what was already there, but they were always available & very helpful. So very glad I made the decision to stay here - it was an elevated experience that I could have never gotten at a hotel!

Our property is a private paradise. Secluded, rural atmosphere. The rolling hills of Howey are just really cool. Mostly agricultural at one time, although still mostly zoned as such, leaves land, as far as you can see up the hills. We love having our space and this 6 acres is plenty. The spring fed pond in the back provides for peaceful, serene days and incredible sunsets into the night. The STARS out here are just AMAZING!! A slight breeze usually, makes it a more pleasant atmosphere.
