Soul Happy Majestic hBeach is a 1 private bedroom + 1 full bath, nicely updated condo on the 19th floor of Panama City Beach's most well-maintained, amenity-rich, fun-filled, family-friendly resort -- Majestic Beach Towers. Our unit features a private king bedroom; large living space with queen sleeper sofa, blackout curtains, and 70" TV; full-sized kitchen with all new appliances plus storage pantry; in-unit washer/dryer; full bath with walk-in tile shower; and the perfect patio for outdoor dining, wave-watching and GORGEOUS SUNSET VIEWS!!

Parking Deck Vehicle Registration:
Majestic's Parking Deck is located across the street from the Towers. There is a security camera at the gate that reads guest's license plates to validate entry. Vehicles should be registered before arrival using the guest services website, with an online payment of $40 per stay. The registration process requires guests to enter their vehicle make, model, license number, as well as number of guests staying in the unit. If you are renting a car for your trip, you can register when you pick up the car. Even last minute registrations or changes to the registered vehicle are effective immediately.

Check-In Information:
Check-In is 4PM, at the latest. We will let you know if the unit is clean and ready for you if you plan to arrive any earlier. Please access the parking deck once the license plate scanner validates your pre-registered vehicle and proceed to the 3rd floor of the parking deck to find the unloading area and luggage carts, if required.

Take the sky walk to Tower 1, then the elevator from Level 3 to Level 19. Unit 1913 is easy access, very near the East set of elevators. The door code for the unit will be communicated to you 1-2 days prior to your stay. Inside you will find 4 guest wristbands on the shelf by the front door. Resort rules require guests to wear the wristbands at all times while on the resort property. Please leave the wristbands in the condo where you found them before your final departure. There will a replacement charge of $10 each if you decide to keep them or forget to leave them after your stay.

Seamless experience

Our stay was perfect with zero complaints. Kim was helpful in getting us checked in a bit early and prompt at answering all of my messages. I appreciated the complimentary starter items since I packed for two young kids, myself and husband and felt better knowing there was a backup if I forgot anything. I was concerned about the room being by the elevator, but it was surprisingly quiet on that end and I rarely saw other guests on that end of the hall. The bed was heavenly, which is often a missed detail with hosted properties. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Perfect Stay

We loved this beautiful condo! It was clean and had everything we needed plus more. The mattress was so comfortable. Loved the beach towels and chairs provided. Loved the balcony furniture and that view! Host was gracious and responsive with any questions I had. Will definitely book again.

Great location!

This was an awesome location and beautiful apartment! Easy access to elevators, garage, amities, and the beach! Awesome kitchen setup, fully equipped, HUGE television in the living room, and the comfiest bed! Super impressed. I would highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed ourselves last week at Majestic Beach Resort. I have stayed at Majestic numerous times, never a bad stay! This condo on the 19th floor was amazing! Awesome sunsets, comfy beds, huge TV's, and so many extras! They even added towel animals in shape of two swans with flowers! LOVED IT!!! It was super clean and did not disappoint! Definitely made my "SOUL HAPPY"!! The reserved beach chairs and umbrella was such a great added perk! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Majestic and booking this condo!! I even left a few things and Kim has been so nice trying to get them to me. 10 out of a 10 for me!!

Soul Happy We Stayed Here

Perfect for family of 4!!!!

We loved our stay at this condo! They had more supplies (ie: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) than any other condo we have stayed at! The mattress in the bedroom was also one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on! Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect beach vacation

We absolutely loved our vacation at Majestic Beach Towers! The location was perfect, on the beach, close to multiple restaurants and Walmart (for groceries). The unit was bigger than the pictures show and I was very happy about that! Kim was very easy to contact and responded fast, we loved it so much we extended our stay while there and that was such an easy process thanks to Kim! We didn’t even want to leave but unfortunately it was back to reality lol we will definitely be booking with Kim again! PS. The condo had everything you will need and the beach chair/umbrella service was an excellent plus!

This property smelled amazing when we walked in! So clean! We had everything we needed and more. The binoculars at the condo went into my Amazon wishlist immediately!! The property managers were easy to contact and we had absolutely no issues with the property!

Birthday Surprise

The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. The furniture, decor, amenities and needless to say, the view were all PERFECT!! We ate at H20, which was located right by the pool, and it was really good. The chairs and umbrella at the beach that were reserved for us as guests was such a bonus because we love the beach but don't really care for the packing and unpacking of all our beach stuff! We were in a great location, close to restaurants and bars. We even drove to Destin for a day, which was an easy 50-minute drive. Kim communicated very well whenever we had questions and was so kind and accommodating during the entire experience. My boyfriend, who turned 40 and is very picky, was blown away and so happy with the condo. The kitchen was so spacious and so was the bathroom. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was truly a blessing to my soul and is on my top 5 lists of places to stay! Thank you!

All about the details

This condo is actually perfect. The host truly thought of everything to make this a great stay. Super soft, cozy bed and linens felt like we were on clouds, quality bath towels, toiletries, even shower loofas. The unit is well decorated with very comfortable furnishings and the balcony is amazing. The pier chairs are a great spot for morning coffee and beach watching. Speaking of coffee, I love that they provide a combo k cup and ground coffee percolator machine. The beach services made spending a lazy day on the water so easy. The covered parking was very nice with the option of crossing via the street or elevated walkway. Pools are very nice and clean, security was top notch. Multiple beach access points from the property. This place does not disappoint. I will provide one bit of feedback, just to make it believable...the water pressure is a little low and the shower head, while cool looking, wasn't anything fancy. Really loved this whole experience though!

Everything we needed and more

Our stay at Soul Happy was amazing. Literally everything you need, she has thought of. I popped a bottle of champagne for mimosas, and didn’t think there would be a bottle stopper anywhere… But there was! The view is amazing and everything is impeccably clean. Majestic Beach is very conveniently located and the staff are friendly. We had zero problems/issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Top of the line

This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have used. The oceanfront view was amazing and the condo, while small was immaculate and beautiful with luxurious accessories. Situated in a resort that offers so much, it is truly a spa like retreat.

Wonderful Condo

Where do I begin? The condo was so thoughtfully decorated. There is a huge TV in the living room that I really enjoyed. The views were spectacular and the owners response time was when booking was super fast. The bedroom has the most comfortable mattress. I enjoyed my stay so much and I will definitely be back and reserve this condo again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Great Location

Close to store and restaurants plus activities. Very clean, well maintained. Beautifully decorated. Great pools and hot tubs. Beach was beautiful. Loved sitting on balcony to watch sunset.

Justin and I moved to Panama City in 2021, from Texas and Arkansas, although Justin was born in Tallahassee and spent most of his childhood on Panama City Beach. We bought Soul Happy Majestic Beach as our 2nd investment property in 2022, and enjoyed the month of April in this special place before putting it up for rentals. It was the best decision we ever made! The beach makes us happy down to our souls, so we want to see our guests enjoy their time here and leave Soul Happy too!!!
