Splash Beach Resort rental 405W in Panama City Beach, FL is a 1.5 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct beachfront vacation home complete with all of the conveniences of home.

What sets this unit apart is location within the resort, storage, use of space, and functionality. It is ideally located on the sought-after 4th floor of the West tower, with easy access to the elevators that bring guests directly to the children’s water park and hot tub. It has extra space near the entrance door that allows for your beach gear and an extremely well-equipped kitchen and balcony. The condo is extremely functional, including both a Keurig and standard coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, adequate storage and lounging space for up to 6 guests, blow dryers, makeup mirrors, iron, ironing board, and additional pantry space for groceries.

ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu.

Great space with all the amenities for a small family! Love the included beach chairs. The whole unit was as described and check in/out was a breeze. The only thing I dislike about Splash is the elevators—too few for so many units. But this condo more than met our expectations! Would stay again!

Awesome property

Splash Resort was a great place for my family.They had something for all 4 of my kids 13,11,5,and 2. 2 convenient bar and grill restaurants by the pool and just steps away from the beach. My only complaint was the elevators we waited 20 minutes for an elevator that wasn’t crowded on 2 separate occasions.

Absollutely loved this place!!

Kids loved the splash pool and the kiddie pool! Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and most important security guards that are constantly watching out for you and your family. Hope to go back next year.

Great stay!

Perfect for a family of 4. Super clean. Has everything you need and more. Close to elevators which sometimes took forever but the stairs are also close by so we took the stairs during busy times. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Love this condo!

The condo was a perfect size for myself, husband, and daughter! It was very clean and well maintained. It had a perfect view and was low enough to take the stairs during busy elevator times. We will definitely be rebooking this unit next year!

Great home and location! Love splash resort

As a family with young children we loved being on the 4th floor right next to elevator. It made access to pools and beach very simple. Pools are right off the elevator and food by pools is great! So many things for kids to enjoy. Beach is not far at all from pool areas which is great for kids wanting to go back and forth. Home had everything we needed for cooking. Lots of storage for clothes. Felt like home for 10 days. Will definitely stay again. View from balcony is perfect! Feels like you’re sitting on the beach.

Great Condo For Our First Family of 4 Vaction

This condo was great for our fall break vacation. Everything was as pictured and the owners could not have been more wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the keypad on the door and they had someone out to fix it within an hour! We have stayed at the Splash Resort several times and this unit has been one of our favorites. The fourth floor location was a definite plus as it seems every time we visit the resort the elevators seem to act up. Being on a lower floor level, the option to take the stairs was a plus.

Great Unit But No Food Options

Great unit but needs more thorough cleaning. The elevator wait times can be a pain. Check-in lady rude to my spouse. Bar and Grill not open during our stay and not really any restaurants within walking distance.

Cleanliness

It was an adorable set up. Unfortunately there was a broken drawer in the kitchen and the microwave vent was broken as well. It was not clean. By the air vent in the bedroom It has like dried up black goo dripping. Under the bathroom sinks it’s dirty, the walls were dirty. The coffee table I wiped It and the napkin was dirty. I would stay in the same room if It was actually cleaned. Also we didn’t complain cause we aren’t that type but wanted to give heads up so It can be fixed for the next people.

Overall we had a great experience with unit 405W. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and had all the utensils, plates, and cooking wares that we needed. The ease of walking of out the room and being steps from the beach was a huge plus. The pools were clean and our kids had a great week of swimming and playing. We did have one tiny glitch where the unit didn’t have any power. We called Brandi and she had it fixed with in a couple hours. They offered to make take care of dinner for us for the inconveniences of no power. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. The only thing we struggled with was finding storage areas for the clothes for all six of the family and have it be out of the way. Brandi was very professional. She made sure we got in the unit alright. The next day she made sure everything was going ok and made sure we didn’t have any questions. We had a great stay and are already looking to come back next year.

The place was nice but upon arrival, we noticed the rug was dirty. Potato chips were still there from previous guest. I felt like we wasted a lot of time waiting on the elevator! The unit was nice and average but the furniture wasn’t comfortable.

Feels like home

This apartment is gold! It's cozy and has personal attention of its owner. It is equipped with all you'd expect to have at your home, and even more. And the nicely decorated interior brings soothing atmosphere of relax and recreation after busy months. I wish the owner would write a book or guidelines for the other apartments like this to follow!

Our favorite Splash Condo

My family has stayed at numerous condos at Splash. We are so happy to have found this one! We were also pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t carpeting. There was carpeting in the pictures when we booked but there was wood-look flooring in the living room and bedroom when we got there. Perfect 4th floor location makes for an ideal view and enabled us to take the stairs rather than waiting excruciating amounts of time for the elevators. Since this one is in the west tower, and near the elevator, when we did use the elevator, we could ask our kids to hold the elevator since we could still see them from the unit, and then we could zip down to the waterpark instantly. This kitchen with the best equipped we’ve been in and that plus all the little details like hooks everywhere and black-out curtains made everything feel as convenient and comfortable as home. Having the extra bit of space at the entrance door was a big help. We weren’t constantly tripping over our beach gear at the door like we have in condos that were configured slightly differently, having no space at the front door. We could tell these owners put a lot of thought into this condo. We will definitely chose this one again.

Great vaca rental

We had a great time. The condo is adorable and clean. We went during the peak season so it was busy. There was often a wait for an elevator. This unit is on the fourth floor so stairs were doable. One night we went to dinner and came back to the door lock code not working. We couldn't get through to anyone on the phone so we walked the property until we found a security guard who let us in.
