Moving to the area? The garage and walk-in closets make this the perfect place to wait for your dream home. Beach Vacation? Stay a few miles off the beach for a fraction of the cost. Digital Nomad? Home office with adjustable desk, dual monitors, and high-speed internet. Discounts for monthly bookings.

Living room with two large sofas. Dining room with table for six. Kitchen with stainless appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, and bar seating. Master with queen bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet. Office with full-size futon, adjustable desk, and walk-in closet. Hall bathroom with tub.

Large fenced-in backyard with deck, grill, and fire pit. Doggie door leads from house to the backyard. Oversized one-car garage.

The kitchen has plates, cups, pots, pans, and most other items needed for cooking/meal prep. A few coffee-making items are included: drip coffee pot, muka pot, french press, and cold brew maker. A microwave, toaster, and panini maker are also included. $50 pet fee

Great Stay in Shallotte

Stayed at this property for a month and had a great time. Highly recommend. Brandie and Jonathon were extremely helpful and responsive. We could not figure out how to use the TV when we arrived. They responded within 30 minutes to get it fixed for us. Brandie even helped us find a local vet when we needed one. The property is very well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. Brandie made several recommendations for restaurants, beaches and shopping. We liked all of the ones we tried. Shallotte is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, so the location was excellent for us to sightsee in both areas. Definitely hope we have the opportunity to stay at this property again in the future.

We had an amazing time and loved the location, being close to food, stores and multiple different beaches to choose from within 30 mins.

The fenced backyard and doggie door make it easy to live here with pets. We also love having the beach only a few minutes away without the congestion of being on the beach.
