Summary:
Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

The Space:
Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen Murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Super easy check-in/out. The view is amazing. Lots of hikes nearby. Did not get to enjoy the hot tub or pool but definitely a bonus. Hostess were very pleasant and accommodating.

Easy to find, and right on the beach! You can see the ocean from everywhere in the condo except the bathroom. Decorated nicely, clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony. The seagulls are kind of a nuisance, but what are you gonna do? The parking is available for everyone anywhere on the property, we never had any trouble finding a spot close to our stairwell. The only thing I didn’t like, was that they said not to back in the stalls and I always back in as that’s what AAA recommends! Not a big deal, we would stay here again.

View of the ocean was spectacular. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Beds were good. For me, because of shorter legs, it was a little difficult to get out of the recliner.

Overall good stay. Only negatives were very dirty carpet and was only given a little over a roll of toliet paper for a 5 night stay. Oh and really wish there was a washer and dryer at least on site. Other than that kitchen had most of what was needed, great beach and view from balcony. Had games and some movies.

This apartment is great! The view is breathtaking, location is close to restaurants and shops. I could've spent the entire time lounging in the balcony staring at the ocean. Didn't care much for the pool, but it was great that the kids had an option when the beach was way too cold. and that it had a hot tub. Also, be sure to bring your own spices to cook, the only options in the kitchen were salt & pepper.

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely property! The murphy bed was a fun and clever feature, and the beautiful beach view made our mornings truly special. Just a heads-up: there is no elevator, so it’s not easy to access if you have mobility challenges. Otherwise, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!
