John, thank you for your review of your stay in 204, Thunder the Covers. We are disheartened to hear that you did not have an exceptional stay with us, but we do understand your frustration with the parking. We do have a few more parking spaces than we do condos, however, in the peak summer season while many families are visiting, we face the trouble of accommodating every vehicle when guests have more than one vehicle for their reservation. We have begun to require parking registration, which will help mitigate the problem in the future, and apologize that this could not be in place during your stay with us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of this condo and will happily pass the information along to the condo owners to consider updating their unit. We hope you otherwise found everything that you needed in the condo, and found our centralized location to be convenient for your vacation plans. We would love to assist you, in the future, with finding the perfect condo that suits your preferences as we do manage other great condos that include updated kitchens, bathrooms, decor, and furnishings. It was a pleasure hosting you and hope to have you as our guest again soon at D Sands Rentals!

HI Shirley! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you loved the beachfront location and found the space to be just right for you and your companion during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to noise levels. We try to be transparent that as an older building sound carries a bit more, but it sounds like it was still a bit louder than you were expecting. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pillows (But glad you found the bed comfortable!), and will pass the information along to the owner to consider when adding future updates. Your comfort is important to us, and we'll take your comments into consideration as we strive to improve our accommodations. Esther, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We just want to start by saying how mortified we are that this incident happened, but we're sincerely grateful to our local responders for assisting and that the door/lock construction kept you safe until they arrived. We're sorry that we didn't respond to your email right away, due to the nature of the event, we opted to wait on law enforcement to get back to us with information. We have been informed that the person was not in any way affiliated with our location, either as a guest or staff. Overall, situations like this are very rare, as our staff (some being here for 20 years), haven't heard about this happening before. While it is incredibly unfortunate that people behave like this, it truly isn't a common occurrence. We are happy to hear that about your lovely first night, which is the experience most of our guests have, We hope you were able to enjoy our amazing views, easy beach access, heated salt water pool, and centralized oceanfront location during your stay. We hope you will give us another chance to impress you.
