Summary:
Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway!

The Space:
Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway! This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beautiful view with beach access. Just extremely noisy from upstairs neighbors stomping everywhere. Couldn’t relax or sleep due them stomping around. You can hear car noise as well.

We loved our stay at D Sands! The check in process was simple and efficient, and the location could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. With easy access to the beach, we spent much of our time strolling or just sitting on the patio listening to the waves crash. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot right on the beach. Clean and cozy plus super affordable. Close to everything. The bed is really firm so bring a topper if you have any back issues.

The stay was wonderful and we had a good time. The only problems I saw in the place was the top of the ref. was dirty from the toaster we didn't use. And the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all the room was fine and had a great view.

The hair dryer isn't working according to our friends who stayed here. The instructions should say to lock your door when you "come in". It is unsafe because the door is not automatically locked unless you do it manually. This is unlike any other hotel or condo they have stayed in.

Simple beach stay- lacking privacy

Staff was great. View of ocean was wonderful.1 drawback: Not a private patio as listed.Patio is also beach access for other guests. So can’t leave windows open to enjoy the view and have any privacy.
