Summary:

Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access via staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway!



The Space:

Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Take in incredible ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or take advantage of our easy, private beach access via staircase. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience with your fully stocked kitchenette, or walk to nearby restaurants for a fine dining alternative. A perfect getaway! This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Yes, on the kitchen, the place is pet friendly, however if I can make a comment on that. The pet area containers where pet owners were disposing of their pets bags, were both extremely full, and no effort was made to empty them.

We loved our stay at D Sands! The check in process was simple and efficient, and the location could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. With easy access to the beach, we spent much of our time strolling or just sitting on the patio listening to the waves crash. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

Great spot right on the beach. Clean and cozy plus super affordable. Close to everything. The bed is really firm so bring a topper if you have any back issues.

It would have been amazing but having a downstairs unit, the upstairs noise was quite distracting and frequent. This is not on the property at all, but would just advise if you’re looking to relax, I would not recommend a downstairs unit. The beach front location and beach access were great but there is not much privacy as it is not a private balcony/porch and anyone can walk by and see into your unit if you leave the curtains open. Other than those minor things, the unit was clean and well appointed and front desk was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Simple beach stay- lacking privacy

Staff was great. View of ocean was wonderful.1 drawback: Not a private patio as listed.Patio is also beach access for other guests. So can’t leave windows open to enjoy the view and have any privacy.

The stay was wonderful and we had a good time. The only problems I saw in the place was the top of the ref. was dirty from the toaster we didn't use. And the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all the room was fine and had a great view.
