Summary:

Located in the south building addition, Unit 120 is a ground floor studio condo with a cozy gas fireplace and gorgeous ocean views. The Queen bed sleeps up to 2, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower to warm up after playing in the ocean. Easy beach access and a great central location make it easy to explore Lincoln City, and the fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances make it even easier to cook delicious meals after settling back in. Welcome to D Sands!



The Space:

Located in the south building addition, Unit 120 is a ground floor studio condo with a cozy gas fireplace and gorgeous ocean views. The Queen bed sleeps up to 2, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower to warm up after playing in the ocean. Easy beach access and a great central location make it easy to explore Lincoln City, and the fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances make it even easier to cook delicious meals after settling back in. Welcome to D Sands!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

I definitely loved it. Hotel was nice. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was how much the room smell like cigarettes. We bought and left a can of Febreze in there for the next person.

My husband and I really enjoyed suite 120 Abercrombie & Fish! It was exactly what we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. It was within walking distance to Kyllos (food and drinks are incredible there!) It has ocean views right from the patio with a door access. It was pet-friendly with pet relief area, which helped us to enjoy our pup. The add-on fees were a bit of a surprise, but the overall price was affordable. Parking was difficult with a full-size pickup.

The room was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Beach and ocean view was great. The configuration of the tv and sofa was not as pictured. The TV set on the wall above the sofa - would recommend moving the furniture around so the tv would not set directly on the wall above the sofa.

Unfortunately, as we are an older building our walls are thinner, we try to make sure our guests know about this before arrival. Thank you for informing us about the wine glass, we will look into getting extras put into this unit. We do have staff on site that can replace any towel issues that you may have had, we understand that you may not have known about this at time of your stay. We hope you were able to enjoy our amazing ocean views, easy beach access, and heated pool during your stay. We hope you will stay with us again soon.

Hosts were helpful and informative and the self check-in was very easy. We me did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice and very clean. The condo is a studio and that was exactly what we wanted. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful and you can lay on the bed and watch and listen to the waves. Amenities in the the condo are everything you need for a few days and we were there for 8 days. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this rental facility and we will definitely be back.

Loved this

Absolutely loved my stay. I had difficulty finding the unit, I stopped in at the office and had a great time and exchange with the gal behind the desk. She was funny and welcoming, and so helpful. This property is everything it says it is and more. I will come back. This was affordable, it was beautiful, it was convenient, it was everything I was looking for.

Just ok, not thrilled, won't be staying again. While the room was certainly clean enough... 1. It was 54 degrees in the room upon arrival and with just one space heater hiding under a table, took forever to warm up. 2. Our "ground floor", sure, on the parking side, but balcony on the front so no easy access to beach, 3. No lighting outside entry, I stumbled off the useless curb 3 feet out the door and dropped my armload of belongings, 4. Went out to use the smoking area, only to be quite afraid when finding a homeless person sleeping on the bench instead 5. Room pretty high priced for what it was, and 6. Bill noted $45 daily room cleaning fee, but we never once saw anyone We recently moved away from Lincoln City, and will now have many occasion to stay overnight, however, we will not choose Demands again, sorry.

120 Abercrombie and Fish: Title is just fine.

The room was warm, clean, and had a good view. There was not enough parking for the number of cars. As seniors, not being able to park near our room was a major inconvenience. We saw only one handicapped parking space for all of those rooms. Also, there was major maintenance in room beside or above us that went on well towards midnight. We could hear pounding and talking.

Great Ocean View

This particular unit was the best we have stayed for beach/ocean views and amenities. Our unit had a fireplace and balcony. The kitchen was stocked with the basics (except wine glasses) and we appreciated the toaster so that we could have english muffins in the morning. Unit was clean and bed comfortable, only thing that would have been better is if the walk-in shower had a grab bar. Be prepared for creative parking on the lower level, as it slopes and the spaces are tight. If possible, park up above. We have stayed here twice and will stay again.

I have stayed at D'Sands multiple times a year for 40+ years & it has always been my favorite. For the past several years I've stayed in the 2nd floor units to have a bedroom for my elderly mom. After her recent passing I returned to staying in a first floor studio. The remodel is a colossal disappointment. The fireplace & the TV are on opposite walls so you can't enjoy both at once. The kitchen counter size was significantly reduced so there's inadequate space to set the many travel items that one needs to access daily. The Murphy bed has been replaced by a traditional bed whose placement no longer allows for going to sleep & awakening to a beautiful ocean view & smell of ocean air thru the small sliding window. The built-in alcove shelf that extended to a short wall at each end has been replaced by a piece of furniture with a shorter shelf that allows your now-crowded travel items to fall off the end. In 40+ years I've not had a single complaint about this once fabulous place but this is devastating & heartbreaking. This 4-day trip will be our last; I'm so sorry to say I will never return.

We had a great stay. Loved being right on the water. Our room was simple but nice. It was well furnished. We didn't have any problems and the staff was very friendly even though we saw nine of them. We would definitely stay again.
