See and hear the ocean from the terrace, or walk to the beach in just 2 minutes from this breathtaking home. It's newly renovated, and we've thought of everything to make sure your family lacks nothing.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and great view. The master on the 2nd floor has a king sized bed and overlooks the pool and ocean. The bedroom with a queen size bed has a view of the mountains and trees. The bedroom on the top floor has twin beds and miles of mountain scenery.

Amazing Stay in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in Palmas. We visit every year and generally rent a different place each year. This was a beautifully renovated villa that was well equipped, clean and packed with amenities. The pool and ocean are wonderful. And the on-premise house manager was excellent. Would rent here again for sure.

First Time in PR

The location was amazing, felt safe and secure the entire time. There was construction being done on the outside of the buildings but inside was absolutely beautiful. And what a great view. Everything we needed for our stay there was included and communication with our host was terrific. If there was something that we couldn't find or needed help with she was getting back to us quickly. Would love to go back again, but hopefully next time the seaweed won't be taking over the beach.

Lovely Puerto Rico Condo

This condo is in a great location and the views are wonderful. It is close to the pool and beach. We had lots of space and enjoyed having the 3 levels to spread out in. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the beach accessories were so nice to have. We really enjoyed are stay.

Amazing place, clean and comfortable!

This place is GREAT! It had everything we needed and more. It’s updated and clean. One of my favorite features of this villa is the amazing views of the beach and pool. Host was very responsive.

Casa del Mar is home away from home when in Puerto Rico!

Definitely recommend to anyone considering visiting Puerto Rico. We had an amazing vacation at this property! Great location on east side of island that has everything you need to enjoy your time there! Beautiful neighborhood, pool, beach access, immaculate home, and such great hospitality and communication from Jean and Marilyn. 5 stars!!

Great beach apt and host

Very clean and comfortable. The host was very reasonable with an unexpected health situation that delayed our check-in day. Would recommend.

The property was amazing. We had an incredible Easter going to the beautiful Catholic Church and the community was so welcoming. Whether we were by the pool or the beach, grilling out on the deck looking at beautiful views or trying out local restaurants our family loved every minute of our experience. The property manager Jean was incredible and we couldn't have had a better experience. We will definitely be back in Puerto Rico!

Absolutely Perfect

This VRBO had everything we needed and was super clean. It’s in a gated community so we felt very safe. Communication was wonderful and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and efficient. It was great lounging around the pool and walking the beach. Evening on the rooftop looking at the stars was incredible - Highly recommend!!

Perfect week for a family of 4 traveling with friends.

5 Stars — Perfect Family Getaway in Palmas Del Mar!We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Crescent Cove! The location was ideal — just steps from the beach and pool, and perfectly situated within Palmas Del Mar, which was a wonderful spot for our large group of families traveling together (12 families in total!).The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could need — from beach and pool supplies to towels, seasonings, and food storage containers. It made traveling with kids so much easier!Our host was outstanding — great communication before and during our stay, and quick to respond to any questions.We loved having golf carts to explore the area and enjoyed the many local restaurants nearby. Crescent Cove was a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and a great home base for a relaxing, memorable vacation. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or in a group setting!Rooftop deck was a great feature for enjoying the amazing weather. Thank you Jean. We would definitely stay again. One of the best properties we have stayed in.

Beautiful location and spacious unit

I will start with the great. Location has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach or the pool, The unit is big and beds where comfortable with everything working in the condo. The Unit was not clean upon arrival as the mirrors in the master bed room had spots all over them and the floors were dirty along with finding trash in upstairs bathroom and on the floor in master bedroom. The owner was definitely determined to make me happy and She did that having the property manager drop supplies and also refunded the cleaning fee along with credit for the golf cart. I would recommend staying here and I would also stay again as I am sure they will be on top of the cleaning of the unit.

Horrible experience

The checkin door code was incorrect. Manager never responded. Second day code incorrect manager came after an hour when complex security stepped in and we were in the rain. Another hour past still in the rain with property manager, complex manager and security trying to pry open door. Property owner never answered Roof was leaking, stairs unsafe due to water leaking from roof, dead roaches, dishes spelled liked egg, balcony door broken. Last stay property host responded with VRBO must have a glitch because she never got my concerns

This property and experience were five stars. The condo was very clean, comfortable, attractive, and extremely spacious for our large family with 17-21-year-old kids. The rooftop patio was beautiful, the location of the beach and pool was extremely close, and the communication with the host was excellent. The host was very accommodating, and check-in and out was a breeze. The location of the condo was in a very nice area and completely safe. There were a few large storms during our stay, and the power did go out in the complex and surrounding areas twice for a few hours (Which I had read was typical for Puerto Rico post-hurricane a few years ago), but the condo stayed cool, the host was prepared with lanterns, etc., and we enjoyed dinner on the rooftop patio by moonlight. The beds were all comfortable, the condo's A/C worked great, keeping all three levels very cool. There were a ton of beach towels, cooler for beach, beach chairs, sand and pool toys available. There were some cold bottles of water in the fridge and a few beers which were very welcome upon arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances (electric skillet, blender, crock pot, large pots and pans, skillets. Everything we needed to feed our large family. Also the amount of spices and seasonings available was a great bonus instead of having to buy everything for a short stay. Overall this was the nicest VBRO that we have stayed in, and the price was a great value!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

First of all, if you are thinking about this place book it. It's great. The rest of this review is to inform about something's that we'd liked to know before staying here. The good: It's huge, three bedrooms, 3 floors, huge kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It'd easily fit 3 families. The communication os also quite good and the manager was very helpful. The showers are great, plenty of hot water and pressure. The kitchen is full stocked and is the best kitchen I have seen in any of these types pot accommodations. The beds are very comfortable, there are blankets, plenty of towels etc. The facility has a kids pool and and adults pool. The "things to keep in mind area". There is no bathtub in the house. I'd had liked to know that because we had a 2 year old and shower was not an option. This wasn't clear in the description of the place or the pictures. The get in and out of the place with a car was also a hassle. There is one gate keeper that is frequently away and sometimes we had to way 20 minutes at the get to get in the complex. It's not really water front. You are about 300 yards from the pool and 400 from the ocean. The beach is too rough to swim in and has a lot of algae. The pool are is nice but doesn't have any bathrooms so every time someone has to go to the bathroom, you have to walk 300 yards and go up a set of stairs. Check in times are confusing. One place says 3pm and the other says 4pm. Check out is 10am, which in my opinion is unacceptable. 11am seems more reasonable or even noon. There is only one supermarket in the area, is expensive and you'll need to take a car to get there. I'd definitely stay here again. I hope that you find this review useful.

Vacation in Paradise

Our stay at Jean’s unit at Palmas Del Mar was absolutely amazing!!! The cleanliness of the unit was immaculate; location and amenities were second to none; and, Jean’s site host, Marilyn, was extremely helpful and nice. In summary, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely come back.

There is just about everything you need right in Palmas del Mar!
It is a double gated community that is safe and secured, and the people of Palmas are so friendly.
In the nearby Palmanova Plaza, you will find a postal center, convenient store, gift shops and many restaurants. The plaza is about a 10 minute golf cart ride. About a 10 minute walk you will be at Volea Tennis Club and Bar & Grill. The Palmas Wyndham is about a 5 minute walk around the corner. Inside the hotel, you will find a coffee and snack shop, restaurants and a cigar bar.
Getting out to walk around the neighborhood, you will come across ducks, turtles, egrets, and iguanas. There is definitely a slower vibe in this community lending to it being a great vacation location.

Whether that is golf, tennis, pickleball, horseback riding, or maybe you want to relax on the beach or hang out by the pool.

Getting around in golf carts and cars are the most common way for transportation in Palmas del Mar. Some people get around by foot or bike, but that is quite a workout.
On request, we can set up Golf cart rental for your stay.
We partner with an outside company called VIP Transfers that can arrange transportation services to any destinations on the island. They can accommodate parties up to 14 for excursions. Also available for your transportation to and from the airport.
There is also Target Car rental located in Palmas del Mar that you can rent a car or golf cart.
There is free parking in Crescent Cove, located in front of the villa.
