Fantastic Ocean Front 2 bedroom 2 Bath Villa In Pal Mas Del Mar Resort. 50 yards from beach and sits on a two 18 hole golf course community. Crescent Beach is one of the most Premier Condominium complexes in the resort. This Condo has been freshly painted and updated . It is located in in a private double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Pal mas Del mar Resort has many things to offer including Many restaurants, , Golf , Horse back riding , Private pool, Great walking sidewalks.

The amenities our villa has to offer are: TV with cable connection, Wireless Internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Community pool , beach chairs.

With the new normality coming to be, it's my priority to keep up the standards to provide you with optimal health and safety measures. Sanitation and cleaning measures are being implemented for a much more secure environment for you and your loved ones. We know that health is important, that's why we take care of you and your loved ones during this crisis.

This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby.

Very nice Condo

We spent a week in Greg's condo. It was well equipped, clean and close to the beach. Our son had a blast playing with the turtles in the nearby pond. Bring some cherios for them. Walmart is a short drive away and they offee cooked local cuisine on the chesp. We didn’t bother cooking.Would not hesitate to stay again.

A Perfect Stay!

My friend and I absolutely loved our one week stay in Palmas Del Mar. The condo was lovely, impeccably clean, and perfectly situated for a beautiful ocean view and proximity to the pools. I would love to return in the future!

Condo was just as shown on VRBO. Beach was wonderful for walking. I will recommend it to friends.

Wonderful unit, right on the beach

We had a great stay at this Palmas Del Mar villa. The unit was clean, spacious, and you could hear the waves from the master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the ocean views. We appreciated the various restaurants and grocery store right in the complex. A major supermarket was 15 mins away. Had a wonderful time and would come back again.

Home Away from Home

Perfect location, perfect view! Exactly what our family needed to recharge. My only recommendation would be a new mattress for the master bedroom but overall wonderful.

Palmas July 2024

Beautiful apartment in front of the ocean. It's as advertised and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. At night you can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. Palmas del Mar is one of Puerto Rico's gems. If you're looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet..Palmas is it. It counts with great golfing, tennis facilities (and pickle ball), beaches, horse back riding, great restaurants (loved Chez Daniel-make reservations) and great swimming pools. Greg, the owner, was a great host. Always attentive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. My Wife and Son love feeding the turtles in the pond by the Hyatt. The apartment has all the amenities you need and made you feel at home. We had a great time Greg..greatly appreciate your hospitality and for letting us stay in your place. Regards Joe

Lovely Condo

My family and I stayed in Greg's condo for 6 nights. It's lovely, well appointed and right by the beach. The community overall is lovely and has some restaurants on site. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes away. Greg's handbook has lots of great info. We shall return next time we are in Humacao!

Exceeded expectations! Great time was had by all!

The property was even nicer than advertised, and turned out to be a perfect base camp for our family of four to explore the island for a week of adventure and fun! The place was clean, nice, and well-maintained. We didn’t even need to communicate with the host all week. The only downside was all the seaweed on the beach this time of year.

Exactly what we needed

Reflecting on our stay, my wife and I both came to the same conclusion as to our favorite part of our PR visit: the cozy condo that gave us a home away from home. With our toddler in tow, the condo had everything we needed (even a stroller for morning walks on the property:) The balcony’s ocean/beach view alone was perfect, and every other review praising all the other comforting touches this place offers is spot on. I’m pleased to add another 5-star experience to the long list of happy guests who’ve came before us. Thanks again, Greg. We’ll certainly be back.

Relaxing week at Palmas Del Mar

The location of this property was great. Palmas del Mar is a beautiful resort. The property was spacious and well maintained. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed browsing through the welcome binder that had many useful information about the area. Highly recommend this place!

Paradise

My family and I rented this beautiful villa right by the ocean at Crescent Beach in Palmas Del Mar. It was perfect, clean great amenities like towels, beach chairs, volleyball, boogie boards and a cooler. The villa had a bluetooth sound bar that enabled us to enjoy music while relaxing at the villa and enjoying the beach/ocean view. The Crescent beach property was great, well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed going from the pool, to the beach and back, and with the villa so close we could easily go in for meals and snacks. We used host recommended shuttle, Puerto Rico Green Transportation, and it was perfect for us to get to and from the airport. Once we got there, we rented golf carts to easily get around the property for checking out the Pterocarpus forest, dining and quick items at the convenience store at Palmanova Plaza. We also used the nearby WalMart for grocery items, and took a couple trips to El Yunque and Ceiba for the Vieques ferry. Both, I highly recommend for people looking to do some exploring not to far away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Feels like Home!

This is our second time staying in this particular unit and just as the first time it did not disappoint. I had a lot going on after my return on my first stay that I didn’t get a chance to write a review. My kids and us simply love it. The fact that I was not expecting to have a pack-n-play the first time was a huge plus. Now that my kids are little older there was no need for it but the unit had beach toys and toddler life vests, again a huge plus. The host is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. He also has a well organized binder with instructions and recommendations which this time around we were able to go to several of his recommendations, great choices! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups & silverware. My home away from home is the best way I can describe it. Thank you!!!

Fantastic!!

Humacao is my home town and I have visited Palmas Del Mar many times throughout the years. This apartment was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and very well equipped with everything needed and steps away from the ocean/pool. I really enjoyed having coffee every morning admiring the beautiful beach. Many restaurants throughout the property with delicious food. Our family really had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return.
