Summary:

Enjoy year round beauty and outdoor activities for the whole family in centrally located Lincoln, NH as launch point for much to explore in the White Mountains. 2 Story townhouse for the family to spread out. King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Twins, and a pull out. Located in one of the most desirable developments, Forest Ridge offers indoor and outdoor pools, Spa, tennis court, and exercise room. Shuttle to Loon mountain during season, and easy access to cute town for dining & entertainment.



The Space:

Private 2 Story Townhouse with only 1 other unit for the building (Side by side, and space between for zero noise transfer).



Serene porch over babbling brook, and very well outfitted kitchen and accommodations for the owner that lives there seasonally in the winter.



Master Bedroom has a King bed, dedicated work space & private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and a desk. Bedroom #3 is Queen bed. The Living Room couch pulls out to bed as well.



4 TVS with tons of streaming content. Xbox in the twin bedroom.



Dedicated parking for 2 cars and side yard is available to use the corn hole set.



Guest Access:

Townhouse - 24x7 access with pin code smart lock.



Other Things to Note:

Forest Ridge amenities include year rounds indoor pool, Spa, fitness room, tennis courts, and game room. Outdoor pool during summer.



Winter shuttle bus with GPS tracking for free rides over to Loon Mountain Governors Lodge. Skip the parking hassle.



Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We have stayed in Forest Ridge many times and love the space these units provide. This unit was clean and recently updated and provided all the necessities for a family stay. The only thing that wasn't clear (and wasn't a problem) is that the AC is stand alone units in two of the bedrooms which were a little loud when needed.

Great stay in Lincoln

The property was perfect for me and 3 kids. The place was clean, in a great location, check in was easy, and there was upgraded technology throughout. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, cozy house, great location

Lovely house, had everything we needed. Nice to have two full baths for two adult couples. Great as home base to explore the NH trails and fall foliage. Nice restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway to enjoy fall

This property was perfect from booking to the actual stay. The location is superb and a stones throw from the main road. The rental itself is very nice. It is 100% true to its pictures. The house was clean and neat. It had a fully equipped kitchen which made meal prep for my family a breeze. There is a market very close by for supplies. The beds were very comfy and all slept soundly. I know this is minor but I loved that there were plenty of bedside and couch side plugs equipped with standard plugs, USB and USB-C ports. I also loved the availability of streaming on all TVs. Communication with the owner was spot on. This is a definite "must do" again! I highly recommend this property and graciously thank the owner for the attention to detail! My family was very happy here!

Great property close to all Lincoln has to offer but in a quiet and relaxing setting. Parked right next to front door so was easy to get in and out for those with a lot of stuff to unpack. Quiet neighborhood where properties are well spaced out. Property was very clean and is well taken care of. Will definitely look to rent again.

Great Spot!

Perfect location to stay and less than a two minute drive to anything you may need. Visited the ice castles with our children. Very clean and organized space. Would love to stay again!
