This beautifully updated 1-bedroom condo, complete with a bunkroom and 2 bathrooms, is located at Shores of Panama. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom, while the bunkroom includes a trundle day bed with its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen caters to all your cooking needs, and a super capacity washer/dryer is included. This charming condo is tastefully decorated and offers stunning views of the lagoon-style pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

At Shores of Panama, you're just steps away from the sugar-white sands, with private beach access that makes enjoying the area's main attraction a breeze. Don't forget to take some time to relax with a good book or a cool drink in the spectacular lagoon-style pool area. During the spring and summer months, a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar-style food, and snow cones.

Condo 709 at Shores of Panama is ideally situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, within easy walking distance of some of the best dining options, exciting attractions for all ages, and numerous gift shops.

Condo 709 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama. Same floor parking! The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. $85 registration fee. (Includes one parking pass & 6 wristbands)

GREAT stay! Will book again.

The condo was beautiful! Perfect location! Assigned parking. Close to elevator & parking garage. We had what we needed to cook a few nights. Loved the rockers outside! View was perfect! Had soft towels and washcloths and a great starter pack for laundry and dishes! Staying during slow season…the elevators were never a problem…neither was the parking garage. Resort was beautiful! The outdoor pool and hot tub were cold but they have an indoor pool and hot tub. I tried the outdoor hottub the first day we were there but didn’t follow up to see if the hot tub just needed fixed. People were in and out through the week so it may have been fixed and a lot warmer. They are doing construction. We didn’t have any noise on our side but keep in mind it could be anywhere. Looks like other resorts are doing the same! Farah was really nice, communication was 10/10 as well as the instructions. Would book through them again! Great stay!

A perfect relaxing vacation!!

You have all the amenities that you need in one place!! The employees are amazing, they keep the very tidy. Location is amazing - Pineapple Willy's next door, Wal-Mart across the street and many other restaurants and stores. (Dollar Tree and Sweet Cone Alabama😉).

Beautiful home! All the essentials and great communication! Elevator and parking access is basically right outside of the door. Amazing view. This was an amazing find and we felt like we won the lottery when we saw it. Will try to stay here every visit!

Cozy and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment & view were beautiful. Thought we would of had more pots to cook with, being this wasn't our 1st stay at the Shores ,but we made it work. The room was spacious and stayed nice and cozy and we always had a good night's sleep. Farah was always making sure we were ok and that she was only a phone call away.

Great spot!

I loved how the condo was decorated. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view was great of both the pool and beach. I don’t think there could be a unit more convenient to parking, elevators, and stairs. Just a note for those concerned with reviews on the parking garage, we drove a lifted Tacoma with a 6.5 ft bed and had zero issues.

It was awesome!

We had a great time! This was my first vrbo experience, Farah was amazing to work with, and we will definitly be doing this again! We had some friends and family staying down here in different condos at the same time and our place was by far the best! We cant wait to do it again, we will use this company again and highly recommend them!

Fall break

Everything was as described and would gladly return. They supplied one roll each of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as 2 trash bags. The parking garage was interesting but all the instructions were clear. Elevators could use some better timing but we did what we had to make it work. Grounds were well maintained and always workers present.

Awesome Stay

This was a great stay! The condo is very neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The room is just steps away from the designated parking spot. We had no issues with elevators being slow or overly crowded. The parking garage is like any other except the turns are a bit tight. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

My stay was perfect! The condo was recently remodeled, and was awesome. It was very close the parking and the elevators. No issues with the elevators other than needing ventilation. The weather was great. Can't wait to go back.

Great condo! Beautiful view!

The condo & resort were great! Condo is located on 7th floor, steps away from the parking spot in the garage. I wouldn't want to stay any higher up due to the very busy & slow elevators. However, the stairs were manageable when we didn't want to wait for an elevator. Condo was just as described. Lots of updates & just enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). Balcony view was beautiful! Pool is awesome! Beach was very crowded, but we expected that due to the location. You do have to get up early & put blankets & chairs on the beach to save your spot. You're not supposed to do that in the pool area, but it seemed like everyone did anyway. Condo is within wallking distance from Walmart & several other shops & restaurants. Only downside is the resort doesn’t allow golf carts on the property. So the day we rented one, we had to park it at a pay lot down the street. Overall, the area & condo are great! We'll definitely be back!
