Located IN DOWNTOWN Laguna Beach about quarter of a mile from MAIN BEACH, this gem of a home is both Beachy AND Modern.

You will get your own dedicated parking space right by your doorsteps. You probably won’t even need a car since you can walk down the hill to everywhere in Laguna from this house; WALK to several Beaches, Cafe’s, Whole Foods, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Shops and even the Pageant of the Masters in less than 5 minutes! Beautifully located on a hill, this home's location CAN NOT BE BEAT & you won’t have to deal with Laguna’s traffic nor parking issues! PRICELESS!

And why stop there! We can Confidently say that you won’t get the canyon / city light views of this house anywhere else! You’ll enjoy your morning coffee from the double hanging chair in the large private balcony overlooking majestic mountains, before stepping out to the sand. We provide Sunblock & beach towels!

This house was completely REMODELED less than a year ago. Given the unique location between the Ocean & the Mountains, you get to enjoy refreshing ocean breeze at all times. You will get to enjoy our new amenities including high end appliances, Local “Laguna Coffee” coffee, new Dishwasher, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, super-fast Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), sit/stand workstation, 55” TV, KING bed, Poly & Bark leather couches, and ALL other high end essentials.

The dedicated parking spot is for a regular size sedan and/or SUV since the alley is tight so let me know if you have a long truck & we will arrange other parking for you.

I’ve lived in Laguna Beach for a decade & my husband for 20+ years, we both previously lived in this unit for a few years. I know FOR SURE this is the best spot & the nicest most modern vacation rental in Laguna, and I’ll be here to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.

I had the most amazing experience staying at Sara’s place! She was so accommodating and made sure my time there went above and beyond. I was looking for a comfy and relaxing getaway and I got that and more! She is quick to respond and any needs quickly answered..although the stay didn’t require it, because I had everything I needed already! The place is equipped for stay in and cook your own meals if you want. Also want to add the bed and pillows extra comfortable. Some places leave you with back and neck pain from cheap bedding, and this is probably the highest quality sleep I’ve ever had in a vacation. Highly recommend this stay over any other in Laguna. Thanks again Sara!

Sara was a terrific host. We had a great view and location for our Laguna Beach stay. We had our 2 shepherds with us and it was bit of a walk to an open space for the. To do their business. That was not a negative thing as they got their exercise on the way to and from. Highly re amend this property for a great Laguna Beacn stay

Very clean, nicely laid out unit centrally located. Panoramic views from the balcony. Would highly recommend, with walking distance to Pageant of the Masters so no need to pay for parking!

After viewing many 5 star reviews, I was surprised to find the property was not as described. There were 2 old beach chairs, one was ripped and of no use, there was only 1 beach towel and not enough hand towels. The portable a/c unit did not cool the space adequately. ( The weather was hot. ) The property is located on a very high hill so that became an issue navigating the coming and going. The downtown location was a plus!

Perfect location for a visit to the Festival of the Arts and the Pageant of the Masters as well as downtown. Ease of access a bit rough but we were well warned about the tight parking. A small car is advised. The view from the deck is terrific. Sara was always available to answer questions and the checkout was a breeze! We chose the location for the ability to walk ( although the hill is very steep) and it worked for us.

Absolutely beautiful place. I didn’t rent a car and had a hard time finding it in the uber and had them just drop me off and I would be able to find it… well it was at the top of high street! My glutes got a great work out for 3 days… but I would absolutely rent it again! It was absolutely perfect

This property is a true gem! Sara was a fantastic host—responsive, accommodating, and a great communicator. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of functional touches and quality amenities. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The location is also ideal: just a short walk to downtown, though keep in mind there's a steep hill, so bring good walking shoes. The included parking space is a major bonus. Highly recommended!

Great location

This is the perfect location for a quick Laguna getaway. It's right in town...but without the noise. Everything is updated/clean. We had trouble with an EV that wasn't actually able to charge and like another reviewer mentioned, the AC is a room unit only....in the kitchen, not the bedroom where it's most needed. If you're heat sensitive, this could be a problem for you. It was for me. The owner is very efficient at communicating and reimbursed the price I paid at a local EV charger.

Laguna Beach Escape

Our stay was a treat - walking everywhere to and from downtown Laguna was the best! There is a steep hill / incline, yet manageable and worth it for the views that this property provides. The ocean breezes were fabulous throughout the space. We also enjoyed the patio and swinging chair with the ocean view. A great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. We loved the decor. The balcony was a great spot for relaxing. The wifi worked really well. The owners were great - super responsive and nice to work with.

Excellent Location

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. Particularly appreciated the bedding on the king size bed, the window that opened above the bed for fresh air at night, and the kitchen amenities.

Great Location and home

We spent 2 weeks in this location and it was perfect for us. Easy to get downtown and to the awesome walking paths, and Sara (owner) was excellent in her communicating. I would recommend to anyone to stay (except when we want to come back!). There is a hill to walk up, but we did it 2-3 times a day, and it helped burn off the butter cake calories! A great spot

Updated property & friendly service

Nice little condo & convenient to shopping or dining in Laguna. Quick walk to beach. The only issue I had was I planned on just walking to everything, & in order to access main road from neighborhood, had to walk down & back up a very steep hill, with no sidewalk. I had my 2 little dogs & cars were just flying by. I did it only one time at night after this & put my dogs in a stroller to keep us even closer to edge of road, even during the day. Drivers did not slow down & seemed annoyed we were there. But when I finally chose to drive instead of walk, I did find 20 min parking to pick food up to go very easily. Also close to Whole Foods! This neighborhood is gorgeous. The property is clean & quiet. The owners are helpful & friendly. Everything you might need is supplied. It was great for my tiny dogs who do better with quiet space vs hotel rooms. I am glad I brought a square of fake grass for patio since there are otherwise very few places to potty near property. My dogs are trained to go on grass or dirt, not pavement. Overall met my needs! Great if you prefer a condo vs a hotel, with all needed amenities.
