The largest vacation rental at Bungalow Beach Place, this upscale hideaway is steps from the Gulf. You’ll love the intimate Bungalow Beach Place complex - a boutique, nine-condo hideaway on soft white sands. Relax beneath coconut palms after a dip in the emerald waters!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bungalow Beach Place

The Bungalow was a fantastic place to stay to have our Company Christmas Party. They were very accommodating, and I would highly recommend this little slice of heaven for your next family, company or wedding gathering.

Very clean and comfortable cottage.

Very cute, clean updated cottage. We loved everything about our stay. We hope to return and stay in the larger beachfront unit the next time.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay and we were very happy with it. Access to the kayaks and paddle boards is a great amenity. It was really nice being right next to the water. There are also a few great places to eat across the street which makes grabbing lunch or dinner very convenient. Grills worked great and were easy to use and get going. We would stay here again!

Nice clean place to stay.

Kitchen is well equipped and bed was comfy. Electronic door lock is a nice feature. Only negative is outside lights were inoperative and the main tv did not have closed captioning available (we are both hearing impaired).

Wonderful Place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach

This is a special place! Will definitely come back. Love everything about it. Enjoyed the beach chairs, water boards, fire pit, and visiting with all the other residents. Great beach of course. See my official review and lots of photos @kindwavesofadventure.

Cute little bungalow

The listing is very accurate, my only complaint was that the rug was so disgusting we didn’t want to walk on it. The beds we comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Parking

Only think I would change is the parking pass. People traveling who have to print off the pass is a process I would change. Print paper ones and leave in the rental. The last thing people want to do is run to Walgreens to print it off.

Beach bungalow

We rented the property not directly on beach near road. It was clean and well appointed. We worried that it would be loud but was not. Access to common area /beachwas very easy. Our family made use of almost everything including beach toys in closet, grill, bikes, kayaks and fire pit! It felt like we were in our own backyard which we loved. We also cannot say enough about the ease in contacting company and their responsiveness. Initially 2 of the bikes’ chains were rusted and off. We called, and within an hour someone was there and fixed both immediately. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property and would stay again if in area!

Great vacation for my family of 6

I usually don't leave reviews but felt the urge to leave one for this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 9. Everything was as advertised. The location is in a very quiet section of the beach which is what I prefer. I have 4 young daughters that I was able to keep entertained for the entire week. We stopped at Costco and Publix when we got into town so we could eat the majority of our meals in. The unit had everything we needed to prepare our meals with the comforts of home. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and the pull out couch was as comfortable as you could expect out of a pull out bed. The first bedroom doesn’t seem to cool as well as the rest of the unit. That actually turned out to be a blessing since two of my daughters like it on the warmer side than the rest of us. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Fifth visit to Bungalow Beach Place

We have always loved this place and this was our fifth visit. We have stayed in 1, 4 and 9. This time we missed things like the bikes have been removed and outside lighting. Most of the things that were removed were in preparation for the hurricane and we understood that. When we let the management know of any problems, wood was missing, no propane, ice machine was broken, it was replaced or repaired that day. The condo is getting dated and needs silverware and dishes replaced. I also was not crazy that the condos next-door also sharing the chairs and kayaks and those people tend to have many guest and never return them. It was not crowded but if it was you would never be able to get a table and chair for the beach. I’m sure we will return again.

Dissatisfied

Let me start off with the property is beautiful and the beach was quiet and not full of riff raff. They offered bikes and beach chairs for your use also. Now here is why I will never rent from teeming again. 1. The list of don'ts are so long I was afraid to use anything. My impression when I got the check in rules were that they really didn't want to rent the property. By the way there is no early or late check ins or outs unless you want to pay for a whole additional day. Here are some examples that I thought were just ridiculous expectations: A. You can NOT wash your beach towels in the facilities on site. (By the way I saw several guests doing just that.) B. You must shake all of the sand out of your clothing and wipe any remaining sand with moist towels on the counter in the laundry room. ( Thanks for telling me how to do my laundry) C. I quote from the check in instructions " Doors and windows must be closed at all times due to the air conditioner over working and the salt air destroys the interior. If any doors or windows are left open, there will be a $100 fine for each occurrence. Now let me say that I understand the A/C part of this .It is Florida and that would cause some definite over working. 2. One of the TV's wasn't working on our arrival. I called the number and the house keeper came over to see what the issue was. It was a simple fix but she left the impression that we should have fixed the TV our selves. Which we did by the way since it happened again. 3. I received my check out instructions even before checking in. Again giving me the impression that I wasn't wanted at the property. 4. The 1st day we were there we got blocked in by some guys doing repairs to the roof. I called both the Teeming VR and house keeper numbers and was instructed once again to take care it myself. 5. The door to a nonexistent patio needed some much need weather stripping around the door . Hot air blew in around the door making our room like sauna. Now I would've probably never noticed this but I was already on high alert for anything that might be wrong with the property for fear I would be fined. With all that happened I still had a good time with my family. The area was fun for my teens. I suggest that you look elsewhere to stay tho. What I got for the money I paid was not even close to satisfactory. Ann

Beautiful place

Great place, close to everything needed. Only issue is check out is at 10am but cleaning crew shows up at 8am and makes you feel rushed to leave.

An amazing find!

We visited the property prior to booking and I fell in love with the quaint feel and beautiful property. The outside is very clean and the extra added amenities such as kayaks, chairs, umbrellas were an awesome bonus. We stayed in Unit 9 and couldn’t be happier! The unit was super clean, well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The shower took a minute to figure out the hot versus cold but once we did no other issues during our stay. The owners have really took the little things into consideration with the walking path pavers to water stations to wash off the sand in several spots. We didn’t use the laundry while we visited but the laundry facility was set up nicely and other guests seemed happy with it. I would happily stay here again and don’t want to keep bragging too much or it might stay so booked that I can’t get another chance to!
