Great location and view from the balcony. Nice clean, comfortable condo - the owner was helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to lock/ unlock the door and when we requested extra washcloths.

Family Get Away

location is great & getting in/out of property is easy! the 2 balconies was a great feature & it was very quiet. the only complaint we had was the amount of towels/wash cloths available so we had to do a load of laundry but otherwise, a great stay!

Loved this Property

It was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the proximity to the beach. The weather was great during our stay. We were thankful for the beach chairs & toys that came with this condo. We definitely give five stars to this property and highly recommend it.

Great location with functional layout!

Excellent location and the layout of the condo was fantastic! Not one, but two spacious decks - what a bonus!! We were appreciative of the quiet nights.The kitchen could use a new set of pots/pans and gadgets. Coffee pot has been well used. Some of the kitchen pots and gadgets had to be cleaned prior to use. Also, a few more beach towels would be beneficial. I think there were a total of 3; two were very thin.

The location and proximity to the beach were great! We enjoyed our stay. Cons: the people above our unit had 2 dogs and were noisy at 11pmthe vent fan and return vent in the bathroom needed a very deep clean no detachable shower head so it was hard to bathe a toddler

Beautiful view and quiet beach

We flew in so the beach amenities in the closet downstairs were nice even though the umbrella was broken. They had a cooler and many chairs and a tent we didn't bother with. Inside is nice. The biggest complaint was the ac wouldn't go below 75. The manager told us to turn on the front room ac but that didn't help. When you've been outside all day and try to get ready in 75 degrees it's a little frustrating. I would stay here again but would like the ac to be set to 70 especially for the price for 4 nights. Also, the windows on the patio were dirty so i had to look over it to see the view clearly. No big deal but again paying that much and researching over 50 condos i don't regret it but would like to be comfortable. So really i wouldn't stay here unless the ac is updated.

Beach Location!!

This place is steps away from the beach. When you open the doors in the living room you can hear the ocean waves crashing in. The sunsets are amazing and the sunrises are worth getting up for! We had a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable. This was a girls trip before my future daughter in law gets married to my son next week. We had a very relaxing trip! We sent much of the day on the beach soaking in the sun and just enjoying each other’s company. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants to spend time at the beach without all the hassle and crowds…..it was an AMAZING time!!!!

Everything was just lovely. Perfect being so close to the water. The views from the two balconies were so tropical. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip, wonderful accommodations and amenities, and WONDERFUL VIEWS!!! Location is perfect!! Only complaint is that the AC doesn’t work very well but it was nice that a box fan was available to help with airflow and temperature. Would definitely return!

Great location, updated room, comfy beds,

The room was reasonably clean. We had to sweep again and re-wash some dishes. The property is not in a commercial area, good for quiet. There is a large public beach access a few doors north so on a busy day, you may want to walk south 50’ to get some space. Beds are memory foam so soft but a tad warm. The nice exposed ceilings are pretty to look at but off little acoustical insulation from the guest above. We used the white noise function on our phones to help cut the sounds of steps above. The only ‘complaint’ was that the craftsman of work done on the property was pretty questionable. I was not expecting to see drywall that had been cut into for repairs, that didn’t get patched up. I have plenary of that at home. At the end of the day, we would stay here again. It is right on the beach and has must everything you would need for a visit.

Great stay, great location

Right on the beach, beautiful views from the two balconies. Well equipped with everything you would need. Original's Pizza across the street, Indian Shores Coffee a short walk. Lots of other food choices and near a trolley stop. Great apartment, loved the location.
