We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this beautiful property. No doubt the property was recently renovated and the place was spottless. Fantastic location with very few people on the beach providing a quiet, private and peaceful homeymoon for us! We will definitely look forward to returning in the future!

Great Location

We had such a wonderful time at this location. The proximity to the beach was great. The unit was bright and clean. Layout of unit was very nice, would love to come back.

Fantastic family vacation

The location is incredible. It is just steps off of the beach. No need to worry about a long walk, crossing busy streets or finding parking to enjoy the beach. The house was very clean and has everything that we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, Beach towels and even a cooler were included. We are already planning our next stay.

Beautifully updated!

This was a beautiful property! Everything was newly updated and the walk to the beach was so close! We loved having access to beach chairs, towels and beach toys! The only problem for some people could be the steps to get up to the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The condo was just steps away from the beach. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. There were no closets just a small hanging rack in the one bedroom and a dresser in the master. All the appliances you need in the kitchen. They had beach chairs for use as well.The only things that could be improved is more than one blanket, more bath towels, a bath mat and more than one kitchen towel.

Great Getaway

We had another reservation that was not going to be ready in time for our stay. This location came up as a suggestion. I am so happy it did. It was beautiful and had everything you could want or need for a perfect beach vacation.We even needed to add 2 people last minute and there were no issues. Very prompt response. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

We rented this unit for our family with teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone and for the most part it was clean. You can tell all the units on this property are a little older and with that comes the normal wear and tear. This unit is really on the third floor and I wasn't aware of that so the stairs were a bit much for my husband, the units are on stilts and you park underneath. The only problem we really had was when the property manager had to turn off the water and she was very kind and told us immediately. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the easy access to the beach.

Nice enough

The ad was misleading. The property is not beachfront but says "steps from the beach." We could not even see the beach from the balcony or any room in the property. We reserved for 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids) and there were only 7 bath towels, one hand towel and 3 washcloths on the property. There were also no extra blankets for when the kids got cold at night. I actually went and bought blankets to use while we were there. Pots and pans onsite are very old and everything sticks to them so if you are planning on eating in this property is not ideal. The beach was very nice and it was a just a short walk (maybe a city block length) with all the beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. It was a lot to haul with no wagon or anything available onsite. With kids this was far less than ideal. The property was nice enough and clean but based on the aforementioned issues we I would not book this one again.

Quite, amazing beach location

Listing appeared as described. Carey was more than accommodating, even Ubering a new set of batteries for the remote and provided an early check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Nice to be at the beach and not such a touristy area. This particular apartment is behind two buildings so it’s on Gulf Boulevard not on the ocean. You won’t hear waves you’ll hear cars. Pretty good crash pad would be great if it had a grill or something we were there for Super Bowl weekend. Also the floors were not clean. They looked claim but don’t walk around in white socks

Great location

We really enjoyed this property especially the awesome beach location. It would be nice if the property managers made a few more guest accommodations such as bars of soap and laundry soap, however.
