Our first trip to Traverse City, and this location to stay did not disappoint! So close to the water and a very nice walk to Front Street's shopping and restaurant district. Very centrally located to drive to many nice places. Highly recommed this location...and we'll be back!

Nice modern condo in good location. A box or two of tissues would be nice. Lamp lighting in living rm and bedroom is minimal. (Excluding ceiling lights which are too bright to watch TV). ALSO shower floors are extremely slippery.

Penthouse, no top floor yes. No view Limited supplies not enough toliet paper, no Kleenex, Owner was somewhat responsive. Only one spot of parking.

Overall, everything was fine. Supplies were lacking.. one roll of tp for two bathrooms, no dishwasher pods to clean dishes, did by hand instead. Bed in master needs replacing...did not ask other family on other beds. Clean place overall and convenient to everything.

Location is perfect! The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Very clean and has all the amenities. Check in was easy and the owners were quick to reply to my inquiry!I would highly recommend this place!

Great location and space!

Perfect location, easy to get to area attractions. 15 minute walk downtown and very close to walk near the bay, which was great. Plenty of space (large closets!) and comfy beds.

Perfect location near downtown. Right on US 31 though so road noise is pretty consistent. Also, hospital is nearby so med flight helicopter and ambulance runs were heard at least twice each during our stay. Noise wasn’t so bothersome that I wouldn’t stay here again though. Easy spot within walking distance to many good attractions.
