Private Rooftop deck! Close to everything with a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, you name it! This spectacular townhouse is the perfect place for spending your next vacation in TC.



The Space:

Three stories with your own private rooftop deck. Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own garage. Living room/ kitchen are on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the third floor. King bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Take a spin downtown or to the beach on the complimentary beach cruisers.



Other Things to Note:

There is an additional parking spot adjacent to the building that is available upon request for $25 per stay.

Place is fine. Needs a little TLC. Needs new bathroom, rugs, and towels. Toilet seats are very loose and upstairs shower door leaks, and is loose. Location is good. Parking should not be extra given the size of the garage.

Location is excellent. Upstairs is very warm (it was hotter than normal). No ceiling fans, but there was a small desk fan in one bedroom. For a couple of small family, it works. Rooms are smaller than appear in the pics.

Property was central to the city . Property had a few issues but nice. No laundry detergent or softener and air thermostat was somewhat complicated to work, but host was great in responding. Streaming on TV was intermittent. Overall nice property

Great location, but unfortunately the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The counters and appliances appeared unclean, and the bedding had visible hair from previous guests along with stained sheets. There were also cobwebs in various areas throughout the space. It appears they are trying to sell the unit so maybe that is the reason for the lack of upkeep.

The pros were that it was very clean with comfortable beds. The cons were a very small garage that was difficult to park in (best for a compact car) and lots of stairs with some that need repair.

Perfect location

The property is just as described. Walking distance to many places to eat and drink. Very clean, a few stairs, but a very nice place. I would stay here again.

Girls trip

My friends and I stayed here for. Quick girls’ trip getaway. This was a great condo in an excellent location if you want to see all downtown has to offer. We have already recommended this condo to others going to the area. We loved it!

TC Fun

This property was great. Location was absolutely perfect near shops, dining, bars. We walked and biked the entire week. It’s our second year visiting TC and we are ready to plan next year’s visit. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. We would love to stay here our next trip up!

Great Family Trip

The property is incredible. Super clean with new appliances and TV in the bedrooms and living room. The rooftop patio is a nice feature. The location had us 5 mins walking from the beach areas. We could hear the lake winds and waves at night on the roof. And a few minutes from Front Street shops, restaurants and breweries. It's a perfect location.
