This beautiful single-family home is located on the west-end of Mexico Beach. A quick walk and you're on the white-sand shores of the Forgotten Coast. This spacious end-unit is 3 bed/2.5 bath that is fully furnished and stocked for up to 10 people. It features lovely gulf and canal views from the three covered porches, community pool & hot tub, foosball, and much more.

Not to mention we are dog friendly! Bring up to 2 of your fur-babies and enjoy an amazing beach vacation!

PETS: The home is dog friendly - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws.

INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV w/Cable in living room + Smart TV for streaming services. Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, and Loft all feature a flat screen tv with Roku for streaming services – no cable. Living Room provides breakfast bar seating, dining table seats 6, two recliners, and two couches. Board games can be found under the living room tv.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, coffee maker, breakfast bar, cookware, wine glasses, eating utensils, and serving ware.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Garage for car or hang out spot, garage refrigerator, back porch + chairs + grill, outdoor shower, second story balcony in the front w/ocean views and back balcony with patio furniture.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, central A/C and heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart (1), grill.

PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), Garage (1 vehicle). PLEASE DO NOT PARK MORE THAN TWO CARS. Community HOA will tow if they see cars parked in front of garage.

‘Sunburnt Sunset’ is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach. A few great dining options are within walking distance; Mango Marley’s, Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack.

The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles, one inside the garage and the other on the side of the garage. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.

A $500 security hold will be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Home away from home!

Everything was easy from reservation to check out. The host, Zach, was very responsive to the few questions we had prior to and during our stay. Home has everything we needed for the week including a beach cart, chairs, extra beach towels, grill, and more. Very clean place and a very short walk to the beach. This was our first visit to Mexico beach but we plan to return. Hope to stay here again!

Excellent Stay

This was a perfect location and house for our two families to share an awesome summer vacation. Plenty of space to gather or spread out. Both the pool and the beach were just a short walk from the house and being on the corner lot was perfect for walking to the local shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or host. Thank you!

Great Vacation Spot

The property was as advertised and more. Awesome home with everything needed to just kick back and relax. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive if you want. Lots of mom and pops bar and grills with excellent food and a little live entertainment. We will definitely be back to see the white sand soon. The grandchildren loved everything about this place.

Fabulous House!!

We had the most wonderful stay. The house was new, very clean and spacious. The homeowner clearly takes very good care of this home. There were so many things provided with the house which made packing a breeze. Zach was quick to communicate and very accommodating. This has been one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and will be recommending it to everyone.

Awesome House

We decided last minute to take a quick trip to the beach with friends. This house was great and in the perfect location. House was spotless when we arrived and AC was nice and cool on a hot July weekend! House is updated and nicely furnished with lots of amenities. Communication with host was great too! Fun in the sun

Enjoyed this beautiful home on Mexico Beach. Very clean, great beds, tons of tv’s, lots of seating in tv room, and well stocked Kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs to use, a great beach wagon, beach towels and an easy walk to the beach. Safe gated community with a beautiful deck area on the intercoastal water. 10/10

Perfect!

This property is located very close to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. The beach cart was so helpful in moving all our beach things. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all rooms beautifully decorated with porches to enjoy morning coffee. A three minute walk to the beach and paradise! I would recommend highly for a family trip or group of friends. Everything was perfect!

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our family. I appreciated it being "dog friendly" and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. Zach was very helpful and provides beach chairs and towels. He also provided a very helpful wagon to take equipment to the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and we loved being able to walk to a nearby restaurant and shops. I even had another couple ask about how we found this house. I gladly shared the information with them.

Very Nice - Great Location

The house is super nice, very clean, and perfectly located! We took our 5 kids and my in-laws and we had plenty of room, towels, blankets, everything!!! There were beach chairs and toys in the garage for our use and a very convenient outdoor shower to clean all of the sand off of everything, including ourselves! If beach isn’t your thing, there is a great little boardwalk behind the home that walks out by a canal to a pool and large hot tub. We loved everything about it!!! Highly recommend. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Mexico Beach jewel!

This was a beautiful house. It had all the necessary amenities for meals, sleeping, relaxing, playing foosball, and even the beach - which was just steps away. My husband and I were extremely comfortable and so were our dogs! Zach was very friendly and immediately responded to any inquiries We live north of Destin and actually ESCAPE there a couple times a year to the Forgotten Coast. In addition to Mexico Beach, which is recovering famously from Hurricane Michael, we also enjoyed checking out Apalachicola, Cape San Blas, and Port St. Joe during our visit. Forget Okaloosa County - visit here instead!

Lovely beach house

Great house that is literally just a few steps to the beach! Everything was just as owner said it would be—kitchen well equipped, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon all available for our use. Plenty of room for our family to be together downstairs and the bedrooms were spacious as well. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from balconies. Several retail stores and restaurants close by. Mexico Beach Marina is just a short distance away and would have any last minute items you may have forgotten or something you didn’t even know you needed! Very clean home, excellent communication with owner! Will stay again at Sunburnt Sunset!
