DETAILS: Welcome to Too Easy, where life is simple and sweet! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front South Cape San Blas condo welcomes up to 6 guests for a carefree escape on the Forgotten Coast. Enjoy tranquil mornings sipping coffee while the sky brightens over the Gulf and sunlit afternoons cooling off in the community pool or playing in the lapping waves—the beach is only a short stroll down the community boardwalk!

Charming vintage oars and nautical artwork add cozy seaside style to this single-story retreat. Guests enter into an open, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen space—perfect for spending joyful time together. After a day lounging beside the community pool or strolling along the beach, enjoy a shared meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen at the 4-person table, with extra seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The spacious living room, with its soft sectional, is the ideal place to gather for a delightful evening watching the latest blockbuster. End the night by venturing onto the sprawling balcony to savor a glass of wine at the alfresco table for 6 or relax in the rocking chairs while taking in the sunset. When it’s time to retire, the primary bedroom offers comfortable rest with a plush king bed, TV, and private bathroom, plus access to the balcony with its amazing views of the Gulf. The guest bedroom features a comfy queen bed, and the bunk room is great for kids with a twin-over-twin bunk. A laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer adds convenience to every stay.

Overall the unit was good - not great. First - description was wrong from what I read on paperwork upon signing, 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 k9. Got the paperwork and said no dogs allowed. After 10 questions over a month before the trip, in which Stacey and Team answered every time and fast we finally got news from owner that we could bring our family dog. Thank you StaceyUpon arrival, after first day on the beach we did not have hot water. I did put in a call and it was fixed later that evening. Same day elevator broke for 1 day and overnight. The unit needs painting as there are marks all over walls, additionally the unit needs to be refurnished as there is old furniture all in the house. Dust on top of refrigerator and on fans. AC was cold and beds were comfortable. No tennis courts. This has been demolished. Overall - it was a good place - I would go back if this unit was painted & had new furniture inside. Rocking chairs and outside seating was the most comfortable.

Nice and quiet

Place was just as pictured. Having the pool is a plus. End unit so less neighbors on the side. It’s a solid walk to beach but boardwalk makes it easy.

Property photos are accurate! The property was clean, but there are some areas that could use a little strange attention - nothing that would keep me from booking here again - just typical wear on materials. The parking spot beneath the building is a tight fit if you have a large SUV, but there is ample, open parking within a few steps. The elevator and luggage carts were extremely helpful! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean (dunes blocked the people and actual beach, but that is okay with us!). This is a corner unit so you get an amazing view of the sunset from the deck that would not be visible from interior units. Unit had plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and clean linens. We appreciated the washer/dryer! Note: We ran out of hot water twice. The first time, it was repaired within a couple hours. The second time, Friday evening, 2 texts went unanswered. After an hour, I called and the person told me to run the water for five minutes, that it would work then. We had been trying to pull hot water for longer than that, and this wastes a valuable resource! She then asked, Do you want someone to come today or is tomorrow okay? In what world is it okay to leave renters with no hot water? Someone arrived and told us the issue was they fixed it earlier that week by replacing the element, but they did not match the thermostat with the new element so it blew a fuse. We could not have fixed this ourselves. BUT - We would definitely stay and use this host again!

Quiet & Relaxing

This was our first time at Cape San Blas. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. The property could use some updating but it was clean and 360 Blue was great to work with. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time out there. We would stay here again!

Fall Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our time in the condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the ocean was steps from the door. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple for our family. We even inquired about a later checkout and they were happy to oblige. The beach and pool areas were very quiet as if we had the entire place to ourselves! This was exactly what we were looking for during this Covid-19 pandemic. We will definitely be back again to Cape San Blas and hope that we can stay in the same spot next time!

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and we enjoyed the great breeze every morning sitting on it drinking our coffee. I do wish it had been a bit cleaner as far as vacuuming/dusting and wiping down of counters and shelves in the bathroom goes. The shower drain in the main bathroom seemed to be a bit backed up also so that probably needs some attention. But other than that, we had a great time and hope to be back again soon.

Best vacation!!

We loved this unit. Very clean. The reservation/check in process was amazing. The beach credit was a life saver so indidnt have to pack and bring back beach gear. The carts helped so much bringing everything down to the beach. I stayed in the master and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed and more. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was wonderful. I will definitely be booking this unit again.

Nice and quiet

This was our first time at Cape San Blas and won't be our last! The perfect beach if you love a natural, quiet and family oriented environment. Too Easy was a great location. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and other quest were friendly and respectful. Check in and check out were easy. Only a few complaints: The floors seemed not clean. The bottom of my feet where black by the time I was done walking around unpacking. There was also not a broom available- which would have been helpful with two littles! The living room could be updated- we are just use to being able have access to streaming apps. All of the beds were uncomfortable. I would consider renting this until again if they got new beds!

Great location and nice unit

We had a wonderful stay in unit 2E. The unit was very clean and easy to access. The covered parking is great! The beds are all very comfortable and the air works great! The pool is never crowded and is nice. The beach access is easy to use as well. A couple of things that are not correct in the listings: -the bunk bed in the kids room is a regular bunk bed, meaning there is no futon on the bottom. We have 3 young kids and had planned on unfolding the futon to use for our kids, but that wasn’t possible. We obviously managed and made it work -the other thing is that there is no grill on the patio that is listed and shown in pictures. We wanted to have surf and turf in one night, but didn’t have a grill, but again, made do. Not deal breakers by any means, but just want you to be aware. These would definitely not keep me from booking this unit again!

Lovely, remote beach experience

If you’re looking for a beach week far from the madding crowd, and you’re over high rise condos, this is the perfect pick. Very family friendly accommodations, nice pool, quiet beach, lots of wildlife. Not a place to bring teens looking for a social life though - they may miss the 30A atmosphere. If you’re looking for a real break, riding, bike trails, and easy access to old Floridian towns/day trips to gorgeous beaches at St George Island, it is perfect.

We will be back!!

Our first time to Cape San Blas. We loved the beach and the laid back atmosphere. This condo was perfect. The balcony was our favorite place from the time we woke up until bedtime. Very spacious and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the rented chairs, cart and umbrella .. all waiting for us when we checked in. No negatives. We will be back!!

Great getaway!

The mood was set upon entering this condo. It was clean, there was music playing, all the lights were on and there were towels on all the beds. It was extremely welcoming. The view was beautiful and we were able to walk to the beach. It's located in a lovely little town filled with lots of mom and pop restaurants serving delicious food. We will definitely be back!
