We had 10-12 people during our stay and it was very enjoyable. This was one of the few places we could find to accommodate such a big group. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working the entire trip, multiple attempts were made to resolve the issue, but in the end there was no resolution. (Hot tub wouldn't heat pass 80 degrees). When asking for compensation, since the hot tub was a large reason we chose this place, the host said "the issue was due to a tornado and is out of our control". This seemed to me an unacceptable response considering other recent reviews indicating the hot tub was previously not working, meaning the host is failing to maintain this amenity but still advertising it as a selling point. Had we been notified that the tub would not be working when we arrived, other arrangements could have been made, but instead we could not use it the entire trip. Overall, very responsive host, just wish the customer service about the hot tub was a little better.
