This cozy yet spacious one-bedroom condo is ready to be your home base while you experience all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the condo give way to partial ocean views. The condo offers a balcony with a view of the community pool, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking delicious vacation meals. Additional comforts include WiFi and central air conditioning.

Things to Know
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s)
No vehicle with a length in excess of 17 feet (including the space occupied by bicycles and other racks) shall use the parking lot.
The sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.

This apartment was very dirty - there was food covering the mattress but n the pullout sofa. It smelled like cigarettes. The television didn’t work at all. The refrigerator door was difficult to close. All the furniture was stained and had crusty food stains on it. We were there for my daughter to have a surgery at children’s hospital of Philadelphia and we wound up getting a hotel because we couldn’t stand it. The neighborhood is cute though and the people are nice there.

Great location and amenities!

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and two young kids. The location is amazing - steps from the beach and a 5 - 10 minute walk to Funland. Having the pool was an added bonus, not too deep for my novice swimmers. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for a short family getaway

We loved this property for a short family vacation with our toddler. Enough space in the bedroom to set up a pack and play for our two year old. Comfortable living room furniture and plenty of kitchen amenities to cook meals if you’d like to. A nice balcony to enjoy a drink on after the toddler went to bed. The location is perfect for both the beach and the boardwalk— literally two minute walk to the beach and eight minute walk to Rehoboth Ave via the boardwalk for reference. The property was spotlessly clean and felt recently updated. The pool was perfect for an afternoon swim after a day at the beach. The only complaint we had was that the pillows for the bed were comically flat and thin, so I’d recommend bringing your own until that is resolved. Check in was super smooth and easy and having parking was a great perk. We hope to make it back sometime in the future!

Good Choice

Overall my husband and I were happy with our accommodations. It is not oceanfront, but it is a very short walk to the beach, so there is a clear ocean view from the dining room. That’s a nice way to get a more affordable price. Everything was clean and inviting. There were a lot of clean towels, and someone even folded a set into the shape of a heart on the bed for Valentine’s Day. The only inconvenience was the lack of cable TV, but it wasn’t a big deal since we spent very little time in the room anyway.

Great Second Visit to the Crest

Our family had a great time again at the Crest. The new pullout couch was a great improvement and so much easier to set up. (The apartment just needs linens for the couch bed or bring your own.) We will be back!

Great place!

Great place! Only inconvenience was having no fitted sheet for the pull out sofa bed but was able to utilize the flat sheet from the queen bed. Great walking distance from everything! Very private and quiet!

Vacasa property management is a nightmare

The good: Great location, nice property, very clean The bad: The check-in process was hell. There was no map to show the location of the key lockbox and there were lockboxes all around the property. So I had to walk around the property twice to find the bike rack which was hidden behind a wall. There was also no map to show the location of the Crest parking lot or differentiate it from the nearby parking lot. There was no parking permit provided and all the signs warned of fines and towing so I lived in fear of losing my car. There is no overnight public parking in Rehoboth for non-residents so I couldn't even just pay to park somewhere. We didn't have hot water the first night because when you turn the shower to hot, only cold water comes out. I realized that the shower mixer had been installed UPSIDE down so that the hot side was cold, then off was in the middle (where it was supposed to be warm) then it goes to hot. So obviously this was unpermitted and makes me wonder what else is wrong. Lastly, the tvs didn't work. We had our devices but we were going to watch tv and all of the channels came in as if they were scrambled. There were no instructions anywhere and any time I contacted Vacasa for help (seven times total, through the app and by phone) I got a response saying it would be relayed to the property manager. For the amount of money I spent there, I am really pissed off. I asked for a partial refund and heard nothing else.

Great little home away from home

Great location! Convenient to beach, shops, restaurants. Lots to do within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. The whole process- from booking, to check in, to check out- was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Getaway !!

My husband and I came for Sun-Th stay perfect place for 2 people. The unit has a wonderful partial ocean view from balcony and kitchen. Super comfy bed and living room. Steps from beach and down town too. The host has nice to amenities, like a keurig and good TV .Most of all the unit was clean and updated nicely ! We will definitely be back!

Location great but issues that made our star very uncomfortable

I messaged the host in June to make sure the pool would be open during our stay. I no sooner get in the pool only to be asked to get out because the crew needed to close it for the season. The pull out couch would not go back in so I didn’t have a couch to sit on at all.

Wonderful Place!

The Crest is a beautiful place within minute to the beach and to the lake/park. We will definitely come back. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to place the key lockbox in a more convenient place. We had to crawl behind bikes to access it. There are a lot of elderly visitors and I find it difficult to imagine them doing this.
