Wonderful location!! The condo was nearby everything. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. Bathrooms need an update and maybe a few lamps added to living area for ambiance. Otherwise would definitely rent again.

Rehoboth Beach

Location of the rental was perfect. It is a nice size and has parking. Wifi and streaming services were great. Parking is tight (just squeezed in Rav 4). Bathrooms need renovation. Shampoo is not provided, but soap is. This rental served our needs, but some small touches would go a long way.

Perfect!

Spot was perfect nestled in between other east coast rental properties. The condo has an amazing balcony with an ocean view. It is not on the ocean but just about 1 block and short walking distance to the middle of the board walk. The condo is enough away from the crowded beach and board walk in the summer but just steps away down all the happenings in any direction. We had 2 adults and 3, 17 years olds. We all could come and go with ease and return back to relax. There is enough towels and bedding for 5 with a bed but could do 6 with the nice sectional in the living room. We grocery shopped for some staple snacks, breakfast and lunch but the restaurants and walk up food places on the boardwalk give plenty of options. The coffee maker didn't work but it's ok bc there are plenty of places to grab coffee along the way. We didn't let a minor detail slow us down. The beach wagon was perfect to throw your beach towels and some water in the a cooler and head to the beach. The condo parking space was tight but our Pacifica mini van fit just fine. Anything bigger would not fit great although you could get the driver out last if didn't park next to the concrete barrier. The condo is quiet, locked on the back door, front door and door to condo. Condo has stairs and elevator to get to 5th floor. It felt very safe. There is public parking with meters out front and was semi busy with pedestrians throughout the day, but only heard a few people walking after 10pm. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is nice with enough utensils to get by for the week. We cooked breakfast and made lunch at condo. The balcony and living room space was perfect for extra space to stretch out for some downtime. The TV and WiFi works great: We were able to watch the Pacers lose but the Padres win with their steaming and all 5 of us could use the WiFi when relaxing. Something for everyone at this location. The teens loved it and so did their parents. The teens went to the beach during the day (it was super hot and perfect beach weather at the end of June). They also enjoyed being able to shop, eat, funland, with or without us parents right by them or with them. They enjoyed taking pictures around, parasailing and sunset cruise at Dewey Beach, walking to get ice cream, and anything around. I don't know if they ever were not back hy 10pn. As for the adults, same. Rehoboth Beach was a perfect little place for us to take a family vaca. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Our niece was stationed in Delaware and suggested Rohoboth Beach. Little tidbit for summer vaca or at peak times. Plan accordingly if you are coming from outside the state. Delaware is a whole lot of water and bridges. The only way in and out. We left before the sun rose on our last day to beat any traffic. We had to go across the Bay Bridge (Delaware to Maryland approx 1.5-2 hours)!and there's a lot of summer traffic. ALOT. And slow way down. Pedestrians everywhere!!

Great location, nice view, quiet stay!

Location is excellent-close enough to walk to everything in town and only a block from the beach & boardwalk. Quiet stay, very comfortable beds. Unit has nice updates and upgrades. The bathrooms are outdated but function just fine. The large balcony with awesome views is a huge plus and enjoyable any time of the day. Already looking forward to staying here again when in Rehoboth! Perfect for two couples or a family with 2 kids. Super easy to check in and out.

Great Location !!!!

Location is safe and within walking distance to everything. Elevator made it easy being on the top floor. And there’s a hose to rinse off after a full beach day. We were 3 adults a 6year old and a 10year old in this 2-2 and never once felt cramped. We configured the one room to make it a little easier with the trundle and once we did that everything just flowed. Bathrooms are so incredibly dated but they were clean and functional. We will be coming back.

Girls Trip!

We have been coming to Rehoboth for many years and decided to try a home instead of our usual hotel stay. This property was excellent, from beginning to end. The building is well kept and a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants by foot. The home was updated and very clean. The furniture and beds were extremely comfy and we really enjoyed the relaxation and beautiful views from the covered patio. The bathrooms are outdated, but functional and squeaky clean, which makes up for their dated look in my opinion. We will likely book this home again, if it is available next time we book our Girls Trip! This condo would be perfect for a young family as well. There is an elevator (the unit is on the top floor/5th floor). We visited in the very end of the off-season and the property and town in general were quiet compared to the summer, which was just our speed! A wonderful home! We will book again!

Very beautiful and convenient location.

The location was a very short walk, as in less than a block, to the boardwalk and to the beach. The unit was spacious and modern with great a/c and an awesome balcony with tons of seats. We would definitely spend time again!

Not satisfied at all

When we arrived at the condo was not clean. The beds were not made and the dirty linens were balled up on one bed and the others beds were like someone just got out of bed. There were no clean linens, dishes in the sink and nothing was wiped down. The Repair man, Dan was great. He was the only thing good about our stay. He finally got a cleaning crew out our first night but he washed the dished the dishes and loaded the dish washer and when we needed him for a problem later in the week he came right over. The next day we were told a cleaning crew would be there at 10 am with their own keys so we left for an outing we had planed but got a call to go back because they didn’t have a key. We went back and they called and said they wouldn’t be there until 11am, then we got another call that they wouldn’t be there until after 12pm. So our outing was canceled and our Whole day was ruined. When they did get there they didn’t disinfect the areas that they should have, ie door knobs, light switches, and we’ll used places. I will not be staying in another Vacasa condo

Amazing location, nice enough accommodations

Location is primo on the Ocean block. Parking spot was super tight, but was able to shoe horn our SUV in and out (one time each). Had an issue with a sink that was blocked upon arrival (didn't the maids notice?) and never fixed after notifying the host. That contributed towards the lost star. Showers are a little cramped/weird but you can really see the ocean through the town from the sizable balcony, which made for a great breakfast spot. Connected TVs were great, kids were able to watch Disney+ before bed. All in all a good place to enjoy a brief, last minute, trip to catch the great end of summer weather!

Not Ready for Renting

First the good, the location and renovated kitchen/living room and bedrooms were nicely decorated and had new furnishings. Now the bad, the bathrooms were not renovated and were disgusting. Shame on me because I did note before renting that there were no photos of the bathrooms! There's a reason! The bathroom attached to the primary bedroom had a drainage smell which made it unusable; and there was a constant water drip (which I immediately told vacasa about because the owners' water bill is going to be sky-high). We shut the door and only used the hall bath. The hall bath was slightly less disgusting, but mold on the tiles, the 1970s (?) plastic and metal shower door and weak water pressure were bad. There was also an odor from the drain but not as bad. Overall the bathrooms just felt gross. Next problem - the router for the internet was constantly rebooting, "constant" = at least 4 x in one hour. So the smart TVs, my laptop, etc... everything would go down for minutes (not seconds). Very annoying and something the owners need to address. The lighting system was also weird - we were never able to completely turn off the scones in the primary bedroom and the kitchen lights would turn on at odd times (a timer? who knows). It was wasteful and needs to be addressed. Bottomline: this condo is not ready to be rented. I texted vacasa and they said they would send a handyman out - no one ever came.

Short distance to the beach

The unit was perfect for 4 adults. It was neat, clean and tidy and had plenty of space for our belongings. It was a short distance from the beach, the boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth. There was only one caveat, We had only one key to the building and to our rental unit. We had a third key that did not work anywhere, but I’m assuming it was supposed to be for the laundry room but it didn’t work there. I would’ve been nice to have at least two keys to the building and the rental unit.
