No need to climb stairs! This cute first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has direct access from the back balcony to the community pool, outdoor grill and pavilion for fun gathering! Ready for summertime fun! Imagine each morning you will wake up from the sound of seagull and start your morning yoga at the peaceful balcony with private view into the court yard with a pool and grill pavilion!

The location is close to the heart of Rehoboth. You can bike or take a stroll into all the fun: beaches and board walk, tons of restaurants and Funland! Easy access to the Henlopen State Park, Gordon Pond. You can also take the bus to the Rehoboth Board Walk as another option.

Elegant beachy fresh paint, beautiful new luxury plank flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances! Close to the heart of Rehoboth, you can bike/walk to all the fun while resting in a peaceful family-oriented oasis. Take an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants, beaches. 2 parking spots.

This renovated unit offers a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, breakfast bar with 3 stools, brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, shutters. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in living room with shared second full bathroom.

You have two dedicated parking spots around the building. You can walk to the beach with a new beach gear cart and new beach gears! One parking spot is in front of the building labeled as 100-102 and a second parking spot is near the back balcony labeled as 100-102. You don't need parking permit in the car as long as you park in the allocated spots.

Washer/dryer are in the unit. Below items are provided in the unit:

- Hand soap and hand sanitizer
- Coffee/tea bags
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent and cloth detergent
- 2 trash bags
- 1 beach gear cart
- 2 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs
- 1 boogie board

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed) . Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can provide other options if you have problem bringing your own linens.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).

Very nice place and convenient for what we needed. Wall were a little thin so the upstairs neighbors kept waking us up at 3/4am in the morning walking heavily around. (But I know this is just a function of living in apartments.)I was surprised to see linens and towels available when we arrived which was not noted in the listing. I would have much preferred not having to bring all of those with us. In the kitchen, there are no condiments at all -- not even salt and pepper so make sure to bring what you need for cooking.It was a good enough place for us.

Hi Nicole, thank you for taking the time leaving your review. I personally and my guests from the past never had issues from upstairs noises. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place. My upstairs neighbors ( a retired couple) use the unit only for their short vacation stays. For your hygiene, I’m asking guests to bring your own linens and towels. Thanks for the call out about kitchen condiments. I’ll re-stock more items. It’s the start of the summer season and things can be missed here and there. But kitchen condiments will be there for the guests’ cooking needs. Thanks again!

Relaxing family vacation!

Our family loves to visit the beach and are very particular about where we stay. This place was just what we needed. It was a great location to the beach, restaurants, shops,etc.Most importantly it was (1) very clean and well maintained (2) nicely decorated (3) lots of amenities (4) quiet and safe neighborhood (5) easy check-in/check-out and (6) the host was very responsive.We'd definitely stay again!

Great Location in Rehoboth!

We enjoyed our stay here with our 4 year old. It was great to be so close to the pool! A playground is in walking distance along with restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

Such an amazing experience! beautiful and clean accommodations....so convenient to the avenue! the kids had a ball at the pool after a long day at the beach...great way to wind down and well stocked with noodles and inner tubes to play with....the complex was quiet, well maintained with so many friendly guests and neighbors... cindy was an amazing host and responded quickly with any questions we had regarding our stay from booking to on site needs. we will definitely be booking again for our annual moms/kids annual reohoboth weekend

Apartment had good arrangement for my husband and me and my mother. The deck was lovely and backed onto a lawn that led to a very nice pool. The only complaint I have is there was no toaster although listed as an amenity.

Great Location!The condo is just as pictured, and very quiet. Lots of local bars, cafes, and shopping in walking distance. Easy to get in an out of the complex, even with traffic. We used all our own sheets/towels/linens/blankets and pillows.The kitchen is well stocked. We were visiting Rohoboth for a baseball tournament. The location was convenient to the shops, restaurants, grocery, and roads/highways. The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. There was enough space for us and beds were comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Peaceful stay!

The condo was nice and clean, in a great location, close to the pool and very quiet. There was assigned parking for 2 vehicles close to the condo. We were looking for a unit that had little to no stairs, and this place was perfect.

Beach Weekend with Family

The condo was nice. Clean and as described. Linens and towels weren’t supplied as the listing describes, but Cindy, the host, clarified that prior to our trip when asked. It is in a nice location, but being in walking distance from the beach is unlikely. We drove each day.

Family Beach Trip

Very nice (and clean) place to stay. Conveniently located close to local YMCA (for all family members who like to workout every day) and beach/local shops and restaurants. Pool and other condo residents were very friendly and accommodating. Access to both beach gear cart and beach chairs (by owner) was greatly appreciated since we walked to and from the beach every day! NOTE: While certainly not a show-stopper, there was some confusion because the listing did indicate access to one Rehoboth city non-meter parking permit.

I want to apologize for the confusion on the Rehoboth parking permit. The description was from last year. When the summer season started this year we re-evaluated the need and updated the description. We now supply the unit with brand new beach gear and beach gear cart. I’m glad they worked well for you!

Lovely condo for four in a friendly community

This first floor condo has entry into a very nice kitchen with tons of amenities, including filtered water at the sink. It’s stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Just past the kitchen is a dining room that could accommodate six, then a lounge area with a very comfortable sectional, which if necessary could probably sleep 2 more. Off to the right of these rooms are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect for us, as it provided a welcomed escape from the craziness of the beach traffic. We used the Rehoboth parking permit provided when going into town. A google search will show you a map of streets to look for non-metered spots. We turned right down Philadelphia & made loops south from there. The owner, Cindy, was an attentive hostess whenever I’d reach out to her and throughout the booking process. Thank you for a much needed getaway!

The unit appeared clean for the most part, however description of location to the boardwalk and beach was misleading. Everything that was advertised to be available in the unit was not, for example laundry detergent was not there as listed, and no whirlpool or gym. No rugs in bathroom for entering and exiting shower/bath, tripping hazard. Mice droppings and evidence of mice found day before check out. Also curb appeal when on the back deck not inviting, example French in yard is damaged and not existent for the most part for privacy,

Before your arrival, I invited you to let me know if there was anything you needed, and during your stay you let me know that you were enjoying your stay. Had any of the concerns mentioned in your review been brought to my attention at the time, I would have been happy to address them immediately. We would also like to clarify a few points for future guests. The walking distance to the beach and boardwalk is accurately reflected in our listing. Regarding the amenities, the hot tub and gym were mistakenly checked in the listing. We sincerely apologize for that error and have corrected the listing to ensure it accurately reflects the amenities available to future guests. If the laundry detergent was inadvertently missing, we would have gladly replenished it had we been notified. Regarding the bathroom, we intentionally do not provide bath rugs because they can become saturated and create a slip or sanitation concern. We were very concerned to receive your report of mouse droppings on your last day. In over five years of hosting this property, this was the first time any guest has reported such an issue. Because it was reported on the day of checkout, we did not have the opportunity to inspect it during your stay. We immediately arranged for inspection and remediation before welcoming the next guest. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and respond promptly whenever an issue is brought to our attention. As for the backyard, portions of the privacy fence were damaged by severe winds, something beyond our control. The repair has been prioritized by our property management company and is scheduled to be completed as soon as possible. We appreciate our guests' patience while this weather-related damage is being addressed. The community pool and the pavilion are still very beautiful places in my backyard for gathering and good social time. Thank you again for your feedback. We value every guest's experience and remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable home and providing responsive service throughout each stay.

I love camping along the seashore and spending time at the beach with my water loving family. We love to stroll on Rehoboth Ave for the fine shops and dinings, explore the historic Lewes, beaches, bike in Henlopen State Park and Gordon’s Pond, and play water sports. Hope you will enjoy Delaware beaches as much as we do!

This cute first floor 2br/2ba condo is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants, beaches, board walk. 2 building 1 city parking
