Step onto the screened-in patio and unwind with peaceful shaded views and a refreshing coastal breeze.

Located in the heart of Sea Trail, Serenity Place offers easy access to the nearby Championship Golf Courses and is less than a mile from the sandy shores of Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle Beach. Whether you’re spending your days golfing, beachcombing, or simply relaxing, you’ll enjoy the convenience of on-site dining, indoor pools, and nearby parks—all designed to make your stay both comfortable and memorable.

Just five miles away, you’ll find Calabash, the “Seafood Capital of the South,” where you can experience some of the best fresh seafood and waterfront dining on the Carolina coast.

Great spot

We took a weekend trip as a quick getaway and it was perfect . Everything was clean , ready , and accessible. With a quick 5min drive to beach / park it was a great location

Loved it!

This was a perfect property for our long weekend at Sunset! The condo has everything you’d need, and the beds are very comfortable. Yvonne is also super communicative & accommodating. We’d definitely recommend staying at this property, you can’t beat it for the price!

The condo was just as it was listed. Beautiful place. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the beach and peaceful. The bed is super comfy. Yvonne was extremely attentive and responded within minutes when needed. We will definitely be back!

Great place, central location

Condo was great for our family of three. The location in Sea Trail was very comfortable and safe. Plenty of places to walk. Easy access to Sunset Beach just across the bridge. Yvonne was very helpful and communicated well at all times. We had everything we needed. We will stay again.

This unit is convenient to golf and Sunset Beach. The unit is clean but shows its age. Landlord is excellent in responding to any issues or concerns. The advertised price per night is substantially less than the cost because of add on fees and taxes. We had a comfortable stay. We

Cute condo in great location

I’ve rented in the Sea Trail area many times over the years. This is a very clean, nicely decorated condo. Vaulted ceiling, large TVs, extra comfortable sectional and bright updated kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedding very soft. Checkin was great. Yvonne was amazing and responded so quickly with any general questions I had. And extremely patient when I failed to unlock the condo after many attempts only to discover I was at the wrong one. She’s a saint! You can’t beat the location. Close to Sunset, Calabash and Ocean Isle. It’s one of my favorite places to vacation.
