Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Experience Maui's magic during a stay at this breezy ground-floor condo, where your private lanai overlooks Kaanapali Plantation's waving palm trees and expansive ocean views and the island of Molokai. When you stay at Kaanapali Plantation 25, you are genuinely in paradise. Kaanapali Plantation is among the best and most beautiful resorts and is only a one-minute drive to Kahekili or (Airport) Beach Park area, a beautiful, long sandy beach that leads to the backside of the famous Black Rock Kaanapali.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Dinner Sunset Sail, Snorkel Sail, Alpaca Farm Tour, Pineapple Farm Tour, and All Day Electric Bike Rental

Our stay here was great as a family of 6. Great location for visiting the beach, shopping, etc. The condo was very clean and supplied all kitchen items needed. Depending on length of stay, I would bring extra garbage bags and paper towel as we ran out of these after a few days.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property 11/10-11/17. The condo is spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults. It’s in a great location, and the view of the ocean from the second floor balcony was lovely. During morning breakfast, we were thrilled to see a large rainbow over the water! We had delicious meals at the local food trucks, and highly recommend Star Noodle in Lahaina for exceptional food and drinks.

Great place for our family!

Fully stocked, well decorated, great location, good amenities. This place made our vacation so easy and relaxing. Airport beach is so close, was able to go every day. And great proximity to kaanapali, Lahaina and kapalua. Loved every minute and can’t wait to come back. I’d stay here again.

Great location near the hotels. Short walk to the hotel boardwalk but away from the crowds and chaos. Easy drive to other towns. Beautiful views. Quiet peaceful lovely place to stay with a family.

Amazing Sunsets

The sunsets from the deck were just amazing. They are like a post card every night. Easy check in, clean, and spacious for our family. Friendly and helpful team if you needed anything. The beach was an easy walk or 1 minute drive. Easy access to restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back.

Maui Getaway

Great stay with our adult kids. Property is in great shape and well located. We went to several beaches and restaurants- Lahaina is a convenient central spot. Communication was great with the management company. Highly recommend!

Ka’anapali Plantation unit 25

This was even better than expected! Everything about the place was perfect and it was easy from beginning to end. It was comfortable and quiet and all the amenities that you could possibly think of were taken care of. We took advantage of the concierge and booked a few excursions and they were amazing. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful Spot to Stay!

This was a lovely spot to stay with the family. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was close to Napili and Kapalua beaches. They provided beach towels, chairs, and soft coolers which was a really nice touch!! The only detail I'd say would have made it perfect was to give us directions in the binder to where to drop off our registration paperwork - it took us a while to figure out where the on site property manager's office was. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing, and would absolutely rebook this exact location in the future.

Beautiful Condo With Ocean View

My husband and I brought our daughter, her husband and their 3 teens to Lahiana. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5 minute drive. The condo was lovely and accommodated 8 comfortably. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided along with beach umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (except the food of course!) I did have a hard time figuring out the main room tv. Some step by step directions would have been helpful.

Beautiful Home - Sleeps 6 comfortably

We had a party of 8 as the description advertises and one kid had to sleep with mom and dad and one person had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which made it inconvenient for everyone else in the household who wanted to wake up earlier or go to bed later than the person sleeping in the common area. I would recommend advertising sleeps 6. Also the air conditioner in the bedroom with the Murphy bed did not work the entire time we were there 6 days. We reported it daily to the property manager and they promised to get someone out to look at the unit but no one ever came. It was miserable, humid and hot. No one was ever in the office which was inconvenient. The pool was very small and residents were not friendly and seemed annoyed by vacationers. There were no dressers in bedrooms two and three only a closet and hangers which made us have to live out of a suitcase when I like to unpack for longer vacations. I would also recommend having a blow up twin mattress if needed. What we did enjoy was the location, sunsets, ocean views, use of beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, washer and dryer, dining space and bar chairs for everyone. I can’t say for what we spent per night, it was a good value. We will be back to Maui, but will not be staying in this unit. Mahalo 🌺 Kim T

Our listing description confirmed that our unit is applicable to 8 guests, and we also provided the details of the sleeping arrangement, and the number of bedrooms and beds available as well to plan your vacation accordingly. As per our description, here's how it shows for your reference; -Master bedroom with a king size bed, sleeps 2 -1 Queen size murphy bed in second bedroom - sleeps 2 -2 Twin size beds in third bedroom (can be converted to a king upon request prior to arrival) sleeps 2 -Sleeper-sofa in living room - sleeps 2. We also understand your concerns in reference to the AC and unfortunately, we never heard any concerns during your stay, therefore, we are unable to address them properly, not until we received your review. Please know that all units we have are privately owned and we have provided you with our personal contact information prior to your arrival for any issues you may have during your stay. For most issues, we can have someone out the same day. Upon receiving your review, we sent our service team to inspect the AC and found no issues with it other than it was in incorrect settings. We do all we can to make sure our unit descriptions are accurate and up to date, so if there is something that we’ve missed or that could be misinterpreted, we apologize.
