Mattress in smaller bedroom uncomfortable. Needs replacing. Difficulty with lock. Each time usually had to try more than twice to lock/unlock door. Overall beautiful condo. Great location. Could provide a few more hangers. Six not enough for 4 people.

My wife and I chose this property for the view, and it did not disappoint. Check-in was very easy. The property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. I was in contact with the host several times prior to our trip, and he was incredibly helpful. He quickly responded and answered all of our questions and had great suggestions as someone more familiar with the area. The property’s location is perfect, close to everything but away from the big crowds. The beach and its location to the property could not have been more convenient. We plan on returning to St. Augustine as we had a great time. Very nice, chill people and great restaurants. We will make efforts to stay in this same location on our return as it checked all the boxes. Thanks again Marty!

Great communication with management company, incredible view and location, and we loved the wrap around deck. I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star due to a few maintenance issues that the management planned to assess and fix.

Relaxing vacation

This property was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Our family enjoyed the tennis court and basketball courts as well. A quick walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. It was close to visit downtown St Augustine as well.
