Had a great stay at Graham’s house. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to all of the Brevard amenities. I was there to do some road riding and it was easy to access all of the classic rides in the area. The house was quite comfortable with all that I needed for my stay. Would definitely like to stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend during our stay at Grahams place and it worked well for my Wife and I with our 6yr old son. The property was clean and the keyless entry system worked with no issued. It's also located in a nice & quiet neighborhood, and we had no concerns regarding the area. The pictures are accurate of the interior and it has all the necessities you'd expect (including an ice maker and ice cube trays... a BIG plus for me! ). If staying longer than a weekend (and planning to cook), you may need a few additional cookware items for fixing some meals. However, you're very close to town...even within walking distance (20mins) to downtown. So there are options for great restaurants close by. Overall, we were very pleased with the place and will stay again in a future trip

Beautiful Brevard Getaway

We had a wonderful week in Brevard. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to all Brevard has to offer. There is so much to do in the area. We saw white squirrels the very first day!!

Great location!

Perfect place for single, couple or small family! Cute fenced in backyard if you have a pet, house was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect if you like to walk into town. It’s just under a mile. Easy drives to Pisgah and Dupont! I would definitely stay here again. Graham was very responsive! White squirrel in the neighborhood!

first time in Brevard easy walk from cottage to main street nice staying in well kept neighborhood we loved our stay so easy check in got in earlier that helped us great golf and hikes great food friendly people

The front and back yards were extremely overgrown with grass and weeds - and outdoor walkways and steps were covered with tree and yard debris. NO curb appeal. Otherwise - comfortable for 2 anglers.

Quaint stay

This home is lovely. Clean and close to town. The owner, Graham, was available but everything was so clearly explained prior to arrival that we didn’t need him for anything! Which to me is a huge plus. Brevard is a great area with lots of outdoor stuff to do. Would stay with Graham if back in this area.

Great location for beautiful hiking!

My friend and I had a lovely, comfortable stay in this cozy Brevard home that is very well located for incredible hikes and also for walking into town in the evening. Owner is kind and helpful. Would happily return!

Cozy Cottage

Squirrel Cottage was awesome. There was absolutely nothing I needed that wasn't there. The house was exceptionally clean and included all natural products from a local company, a real plus. During this time of year, the sun poured into the house all day!!! I am an older female alone and this neighborhood seemed very safe, and it certainly was very quiet. Graham was so responsive. However, after the initial contact I did not need to be in contact with him as nothing went wrong and I was not in need of anything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

2 Night Stay in Brevard

We booked a weekend trip to Brevard and this house was in a nice quiet neighborhood just under a mile walk from downtown. Most of our time was spent hiking or exploring the town, but the home was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway! Graham was very easy to communicate with and made the whole rental process a breeze. I would gladly book this again for a weekend trip to the mountains.

Month-long stay

We stayed in this house for a month while we searched for a long-term rental in town. This was in a great location as far as proximity to town. A quiet street and within walking distance. Well-stocked and clean.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our family has vacationed in Brevard and the surrounding mountains for over 20 years, and in 2019 we had the opportunity to purchase this home from our relatives so we, and our extended family, could continue to enjoy it! The previous owners, my Aunt and Uncle, bought this cottage in 2007 and steadily maintained and upgraded this beautiful 1950's home over the years. We continue to update the cottage while preserving its historic feel. Our goal is to provide a warm welcoming home that anyone can enjoy as we have for many years, and many more to come.
