This studio apartment was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to downtown Brevard with restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Beds were comfortable. The host was responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

The property was very convenient to downtown Brevard. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with check-in, parking, and recommendations. Property is very well maintained and in a safe location. I feel like the unit was more charming in person than the VRBO photos show!

Wonderful stay. My kids (15 and 9) loved the easy walk to downtown and nearby park and pool. We even saw several white squirrels at the park. It was a wonderful trip. Brevard is a beautiful little town.

Perfect Location

Located walking distance from downtown. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient to everything Brevard has to offer. We've stayed here several times and hope to return soon.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the shops and most of the restaurants. We walked to town everyday and even walked to church on Sunday. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved staying at the Downtown Luxury Studei. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive to our needs. We sat outside in the Paris and enjoyed the quietness of the property. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Brevard. Thank you.

Upgrades to the kitchenette, i.e, 2 burner stove top, a means to heat water like an electric kettle, room divider(s), and a dish washer for health reasons would make the property more useable for guests.

Great stay in Brevard

Wonderful location, walked to town. We went tubing and kayaking on the French Broad River just a short distance from our lodging. I will stay here again. Owner lives upstairs and easy to talk with.

Cozy apartment in great location

We loved our stay here! The apartment was cozy and clean and well equipped and even larger In person, plus it’s within walking distance to town. Very friendly owners! We loved Brevard and it’s wonderful shops and proximity to great hiking. Will definitely be back!

So glad we found Studio 84!

Studio 84 is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations are lovely. Short walk to downtown Brevard. Robert and Jane are warm and friendly. We look forward to staying there again. Can't say enough good things about this property!
