The interior has original nostalgic knotty pine character is blended with "new" updated decor & flair! 2 of the bedrooms feature their own private decks! Prime location is a short walk to the pier, dining, & mini golf! An adorable cottage you will never forget!

オーナー : Dena & Todd Vore
Our family is located in Raleigh, NC, but we are natives of Johnstown, PA! We have 3 grown children, but have been coming to OIB since they were babies! We chose our home because of the Prime Location! Beach access directly across street & walking distance to church, food, dining, pier, park, mini golf, etc! We LOVE how family oriented OIB has always felt & love how much pride the whole town feels about the island & how welcome they always make guests feel!

We purchased this precious home when our children were much smaller because of the perfect location & charm! We were honored to have one of the original homes built on the island hence is why we wanted to keep much of the original character of the home!
Location is always considered by many as the "prime" location on the island because it is located only 100 feet from the beach access (directly across the street), walking distance to dining, mini golf, ice cream, pier, & church service on the beach!
We hope that your family makes wonderful memories here & loves our home as much as we have over the years!
