Great Family Time

This property was perfect for my family and I to relax in. The hot tub, comfortable balcony, fire pit, basketball hoop and closeness to the lake made it so we could all have fun and relax together!

Graduation celebration

The house is much bigger than it looks from photos. It is well equipped with beach towels, chairs and everything you can use for a nice day at the beach.

They’ve thought of everything!

The house is wonderfully organized, cozy, and well-prepared. It really felt like they had thought of everything— from linens, games, beach supplies and snacks. It felt very much like a beach getaway home. Thank you!

Fantastic Property!

Loved the house! Well suited for 10 adults and a child. We are most dinners together at the large dining table. Very well stocked with lots of dishes and glasses. We used all the beach towels and chairs. We also used the grill, fire pit, hot tub, and ping pong table. Plenty of space! Thank you!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and this is by far the most accommodating hosts we have ever had!! We booked this trip with our extended family - 5 adults and 5 kids ages ranging from 5-16. Not only did the house supersede our expectations but all the “extras” the hosts thought about made our trip that much better: beach towels, beach chairs, first aid kit, extra blankets, extra toothbrushes, condiments, spices and the list just goes on!!! If we forgot it they had it!! Our main attraction were the beaches. We loved Indiana Dunes State Park, but it was very busy since it was the holiday weekend. Our favorite beach was Park Beach which is a 5 minute walk from the house. The sand was perfect and the water smooth and clear! It was the perfect amount of action, but not overwhelming. Also since it was 4th of July weekend we were able to see some pretty amazing fireworks from the beach and the sunsets were beautiful!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This was my first time renting a house on VRBO and I was a little nervous because I was organizing our first family vacation. We had six adults and four children and two dogs. This place was perfect! With two floors, a deck and large fenced in yard, there was plenty of room to spread out. The host provided everything we needed. The kitchen was large and well stocked with every spice we could think of. The listing really described the house accurately.

The house was very well maintained and stocked with everything to make our stay easier. The beach chairs, towels, and sand toys were a great bonus, along with the spices and condiments available for use so we didn't have to purchase full bottles of spice when we only needed a small portion for each meal. It was a much appreciated extra touch!
