Experience the artistic community of Miller Beach like a local in this 3-bedroom restored lake cottage. A huge outdoor patio with fireplace welcomes you, nestled under 100-yr-old black savannah oak trees ... enjoy the sounds of the lakefront under the stars. The friendly Miller community is entirely surrounded by the Dunes National Park and features rare flora and fauna, such as wild blue lupine habitat for the endangered Karner Blue butterfly.

Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed for a fantastic night's sleep with luxurious bedding. Enjoy a fire in the living room, and a wide range of games including croquet, Scrabble, 'Bug Bingo'. There is a cozy sofa bed for extra guests and a 76" smart screen TV. This soothing retreat includes Nest-controlled AC, WiFi, in-house laundry, and more for your convenience. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Very nice, spacious, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was everything we needed, and only a short distance from a lovely beach and park. Host was very good with communication. Would absolutely recommend.

The best host! We also were able to find an access point the beach that was just two streets over. Such a great time I’d love to go back. You will have all your needs met for sure!

The host went above and beyond, her hospitality was unmatched! The location is great, just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house is cozy and has a great beach cottage vibe.

We had a wonderful stay! The homeowner was incredibly hospitable and communicated with us promptly and clearly. The home was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family getaway. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gesture of leaving fresh pastries for us upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again. The Goldfinch is a great spot - quiet street and peaceful vibe, yet close to beach and eating/shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment and utensils needed for cooking. The large table is perfect for sharing meals or playing games. The local bagels and cream cheese are the best plus we have experienced at a rental!

Great Home Near the Lake Michigan Beaches

Great vintage home with character and space. Has everything you need and more to make it a home away from home. Enjoyed being able to get to the beach quickly. Had smores in the backyard patio area with provided fire pit and wood. There are beautiful black oak trees and many other beautiful plants. And we even got the privilege to see an elusive Gary flying squirrel in the backyard oak tree. Heidi is a kind and generous host who left us some yummy bagels. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cute cottage

My best friend and I came into town to stay for one night at this property for a concert. House was very clean l, very well maintained and the check-in and checkout process was really easy. The homeowner was very communicative and gave all kinds of information about the area so that if we wanted to do something else while we were in town we could. Unfortunately, we were only able to go to the concert. Stay the night and then leave the next morning. Beds were comfortable upstairs. We did not stay downstairs since we needed two bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms, which is nice.
