Escape to comfort and convenience with this inviting, fully-equipped Smart Home nestled at the end of a quiet street near the Indiana Dunes National Park. This modern farmhouse-inspired home, just steps from a scenic park access trail, provides easy access to the stunning sugar-sand beach with views of the Chicago skyline. The short, picturesque trail leading to the beach takes about ten to twelve minutes, winding through beautiful natural settings and past Historic Chanute Hill.
Inside, enjoy a sunlit, open-concept kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends, including a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice-maker, and island seating for four. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso and Keurig machines, complete with complimentary coffee pods, alongside all the cookware, dishware, and essentials for easy living.
The spacious living and dining area includes a cozy sleeper sofa, a 55” Smart TV, and a farmhouse-style dining table for eight.
The main floor offers three bedrooms (king, queen, and a bunk room with twin XL over queen bed), a full bathroom, and half bathroom. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, nightstands with sleep machines, and closet space. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided for your convenience.
Downstairs, the finished basement rec room is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 70” Smart TV, sound bar, foosball table, and a large sofa. Additional entertainment options include books, games, and DVDs, along with an extra dining table (seating for 8) for crafts or board games. Laundry is easy with a pureWash Pro activated oxygen (ozone) washer, eliminating the need for bleach, detergent, and fabric softeners.
Outside, unwind in the private backyard with a gated privacy fence, terraced patio, and hot tub. The outdoor area includes a gas fire pit, pergola with a dining space, bar, grill, fan, and café lighting. An outdoor heated shower is also available seasonally.

Additional Guest fee applies over 6 people: $25/person per night. This covers maintenance/replacement of aerobeds, pullout sofas, extra laundry, increased utility costs, wear and tear, and more.
No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, beach fires, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).
No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window ($1000 fine).
Total of four (4) cars are allowed in the designated private parking spots at ANY point in time. Including any visitors, loading and unloading, even if for a short time period. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is 2 miles away
Maximum Occupancy is 14 individuals total, not including children less than two years of age on Arrival Date
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-9AM; Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; If the neighbors are disturbed, Miller Beach Vacation Rentals reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM.
Small, wireless bluetooth speakers are permitted except during Quiet Hours (9pm - 9am). Not permitted are party speakers, amps, subwoofers, stereo surround systems, or other high-powered audio equipment, etc.
We use smart home technology to measure noise decibel levels throughout the property and you will be notified immediately if a noise event has been triggered. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine.
Safely Trust and Safety Damage Waiver Fee provides up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury during your stay. Full terms provided upon booking. Additional charge of $10.50/night applies for stays over 7 nights.
