Ipana is the best modern condo complex downtown, resembling a resort. Enjoy the 4 rooftop pools and the 2 poolside bars with discounted drinks and food. The new grocery and ready to eat food store is right next door, walking distance to the Beach, the 38th street and the famous 5th Avenue with their restaurants, shops and nightly entertainment. True Tropical paradise with the modern convenience!

We proud ourselves on providing the best service to our guests. From the keyless entry to the bottle of wine, coffee, washer and dryer, 3 TV sets, private terrace nestled in a tree and of course the amazing rooftop with 4 pools (2 heated) and 2 bars offering discounted cocktails.
