You cannot get much closer to Cobbossee Lake than here! You are at the water's edge in the heart of the marina area. Private slip available ($200/wk, rented separately through Lakeside Marina). Easy access to great fishing!

This fully furnished open concept 400 sf cottage boasts a spacious screened-in porch providing scenic view of marina and a perfect venue for all meals with very comfortable table seating for six.

Newly remodeled kitchen and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have full size beds. Twin trundle bed located in living area. Air conditioned

Large 43” LED TV with cable. WiFi and premium Spotify.

Property is not associated with Lakeside Marina cabin rentals. However, adjacent marina facilities including North End Café and store located in the marina office, upscale, live-music at the White Duck restaurant and bar.

Near driving to shopping downtown as well as quaint Hallowell and Augusta.

Private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Quiet street parking available.

No washer and dryer at cabin, however nearby laundry facilities along with valuable information about the area are noted in the Guest Handbook located in desk drawer.

A relaxing cabin on the lake

We really enjoyed our time a lakeside. The cabin had everything we needed. The screened In front porch was a nice gathering space to have meal and visit with family. We would stay here again. It’s in a convenient location, close to stores and restaurants.

Fishing getaway

Excellent property. Everything was clean and spotless. House was very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Really liked the enclosed porch and the view up the lake. Been fishing in this area for years and this is the best place that we have stayed. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Cobbosseecontee Waterfront Cabin

I had an enjoyable stay at this nicely appointed lakeside cabin. As a fisherman it was great to have my boat on the dock just steps way from the porch door. The cabin was immaculate with updated kitchen appliances. I particularly enjoyed evenings around the fire pit watching the boats maneuvering around the marina.

Central Maine Vacation

Property was just what we were looking for. My husband and I rented with the intention with having a couple of family members in the area stay. One of the cleanest and well maintained places that we've rented in Maine. It was a little tricky finding the correct cabin. The #2 is no longer on the property and it's now 65. Will definitely stay again!

Waterfront cabin with access to boat slip was wonderful. Screened in porch. Easy communication.

This was a wonderful property with direct access to the water. Screened in porch. Perfect weekend getaway!
