Bring the whole family to our home in Music City. Enjoy a massive fenced in backyard, open one level floor plan, fast wifi, and comfortable beds. Located in North Nashville just 3 miles to Broadway and all the Famous Honky Tonks.

The Space:

HOME LAYOUT:

This is a single level 1,450 sq ft home. We’ve created this space with our guests in mind. Enjoy a spacious open concept kitchen living space and a dining table with room for 6. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, pull out sofa, walk in closet, and en-suite master bath. The 2 guest bedrooms have cozy beds, along with closets and dressers to store your clothes.



* Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed, 1 Pull out couch; ensuite master bathroom, walk in closet

* Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed, dresser for storage

* Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed, dresser for storage

* Bedroom 2 & 3 share a full bathroom in the hall



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the home, driveway, and backyard, with steps at both the front and back porch.

Sports Fans - Titans Nissan Stadium and Predators Bridgestone Area are both 10 minutes away! Nashville Sounds Stadium is just a 6 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:

We welcome dogs in our home (up to 2)! We know they’re going to love our fenced in backyard. There’s plenty of space for them to roam free and get some energy out. The only thing we ask is that they are kept off of the furniture. Any excess hair/dander from dogs found on beds/couches will be charged for, as it requires extra cleaning by our cleaning staff. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

The house is cozy and has a lot of potential. It definitely needs a good deep cleaning. We had to clean the kitchen & supplies before we could use anything. There were crumbs and stains on all of the furniture. There were no wash cloths, kitchen towels provided. We made do with what we had but definitely could have been better. The yard was full of debris & garbage, VRBO pictures are very misleading.

The place was great overall. Me and my friends came from out of town for the weekend and had an awesome time. Neighborhood is solid and really close to downtown, the host is super responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Not a Good Neighborhood & Unclean

The house itself was not too bad looking on the inside. It could use some work. The living room couch (we covered it with our sheets) & bed in the master were comfortable. This property was not in a good neighborhood. All of our Lyft drivers said the same thing. When we arrived the back door was unlocked. There were crumbs in the bed in the master bedroom, pubic hairs & other hair all over the bathroom shower & floor. The dining room chairs were stained & dirty. The laundry room smells sour. I had to wash the towels because they also smelt sour. Paper towels were not left, but were delivered later. This is the worst VRBO experience we've had.

Nice place

We were there for a short time. Friday to Tuesday. Place was clean. We had to contact the property manager about one thing and they got right back to me.

Close to downtown, great for pets

House was clean and spacious. Backyard was a great size for our dog to run and play. No restaurants or amenities were within walking distance, but everything was accessible with a few minutes drive.

Nice House, close to everything

House was all one level, which worked well for my parents who are in their 70’s. Very clean. Quick response from the property manager. It was within 20 minutes of The Putt Shack (putt putt golf), Country Music Hall of Fame, Zoo, Cooter’s Dukes of Hazzard shop and General Jackson’s Riverboat Cruise. L

Nice rental

House was clean & comfortable. Backyard was great, nice lighting. Neighborhood ok, we had no problems - 17th street North was mostly quiet and friendly. Portion of Dr. DB Todd Blvd (liquor store) has many questionable characters that congregate there.

Beautiful house; sketchy area

As soon as we turned off the main road, we got nervous, there were homeless people laying around and walking down on the sidewalks. Closed down stores with graffiti and broken windows under bars, trash on the streets. We kept driving and it started to look a little better. The school across the street looked nice and it looks as if they are trying to build up the area because there are a few nice looking houses this one included, it is a beautiful house with an awesome little backyard, but you could hear loud rap music playing, yelling and cussing from a few houses down; sirens all hours of the day and night. We decided to stay since we had spent so much money but we ALMOST left due to the uneasy feeling of the surrounding neighborhood. I hope in a year or so they can build the area up. The locks, cameras, and alarms did make us feel a little more safe which is why we ultimately came to the decision to stay. Just be aware that the neighborhood is a little sketchy looking and oh it also reeked of the odor of weed outside. We had no issues at all though apart from a few people that looked to be homeless or tweaking out walking down the road once.
