Our resort is tucked inside The Great Smokey Mountain National Park, not far from all the fun and excitement that Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge have to offer. You can enjoy all the amenities of home, while relaxing in the peacefulness of nature in the Smokies. We have 2 swimming pools, a fishing lake, laundry, hiking trails, game room, playground, and even a restaurant, all included for guests use while staying in our place. Wildlife is plentiful here, sit outside by the fire and enjoy it all. The master bedroom offers a luxurious queen sized bed, plenty of closet space, and even a designated space to work from a laptop. The loft bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, and closet space. The family room offers a full sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the cooking supplies you would need. There is a large area outside to cook/grill and eat. There is a firepit with plentyof seating.

That time to relax

The stay was amazing. The resort is very quiet and very nice. The Rv was perfect for my family of 4. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Higly recommend to stay here.

Beautiful camper, my family and I had a great stay! My only issue was how close it was to the road so there was a little more road noise than I would have liked. We would definitely stay here again though!

Fun Family Stay!

Our family of four enjoyed staying in this clean and spacious RV. We stayed for two nights while enjoying outdoor activities in and around Gatlinburg. We loved the outdoor amenities, such as the swing, fire pit, and grill. The campground is great; we enjoyed the pool and our son even got to participate in a fishing tournament. Would highly recommend and visit again!

Very nice place

Have never stayed in a camper before or used VRBO before for that matter, but the process was super easy. Check in couldn’t have been easier, the host was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. The camper was wonderful, had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely go back!

Unfortunately you stayed before the pools opened for the season, they do not open until Memorial weekend. Come back and stay in the summertime and enjoy the pools 😀

Overall it was a good stay! Nancy was easy to get in contact with and replied quickly. Camper was clean and well stocked. The site is right at the road so can be loud on into the night and very little water pressure or hot water in the shower. But for the price it was good!

Weekend Getaway

We loved this cozy camper. My sister and I spent the weekend here to visit Gatlinburg. The camper isnt far from the attractions we came to see. The camper was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. Nancy, the host, was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Accurate listing, good communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property owner was very fast at responding to things. It was clean and everything was in great condition. It was as nice as the photos. This property isn’t up any scary roads and easy to access and find.

Wonderful! I will say it was closer to the road than I thought so the noise at night was a bit loud. However we aren’t used to that and if you are it’ll be just fine— don’t let that deter you from staying. Super clean. Host was especially helpful and nice. Campground was fun for the kiddos. We would still stay again!

Tennessee get away

We all enjoyed our stay. The camper was clean, very conformable and had everything we needed. Nancy (our host) was friendly and just a phone call away if we needed anything. The property was well maintained with plenty for my kids to do. We came to Gatlinburg to enjoy the outdoors and this is the perfect place to do that. Will definitely be back. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their get away with us .

Cozy and Comfortable

The Rv is set up nicely. Outside was perfect for grilling and using the fire pit. Inside was so cozy. Plenty of sitting space. The upstairs loft was perfect for my daughter to sleep in. The bed itself was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough to move around in. The kitchen had everything we needed. We just had to buy the groceries. We were close to a grocery store which was nice. The ac worked great during the hot days that we stayed there. The campground was really nice too! We safe there.We enjoyed our stay there and plan to come back.

A gem in the smokies

This was our first time “glamping” and it was nothing short of amazing. This RV is so nice, fully stocked, very clean & plenty of room (family of 5). The property/ neighborhood itself was very nice as well: clean, quiet, the facilities were clean and include a pool, game room, 24hr. laundry mat, playground & little cafe that you can call & order from which is great if your looking to stay in. Great location only 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and not far from other activities like hiking, tubing and rafting. The owner Nancy was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Clean and comfortable

The camper was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The campground is also very clean and everyone is friendly. The owner is very responsive to questions. There are 2 cameras at the property one at the door and the other on the tree facing the firepit/outdoor area. It made my kids really uncomfortable. I kept having to explain that it's for security and protection of thier property. They just didn't want to go outside by the fire or anything because of it. They kept asking "are they watching us the whole time?"

The cameras are for safety and security since we do not live there, we need to be able to monitor our property, we have had some bad storms there recently and it also allows us to assess damage. We turn the cameras off for privacy during guests stay. But for the same reasons most people have security cameras on their homes, so do we. Thank you for booking with us, we would gladly host your future stay ☺️

The property was very nice on the first day there was no refrigerator, but it was replaced on the second day, but that was also the day a pipe started leaking pretty heavily in the bathroom behind a wall, the maintenance man that came to repair the leak the very next morning as I had shut the water off the night before was very nice, but he did stay here. That it had been leaking for a while and his wife that also handles the cleaning of some of the RVs was very nice and brought extra towels as we use the towels up to clean up the water the night before if it hadn’t been for these two instances, it would’ve been a very excellent day, but other than the extra towels, nothing was offered to make it better.

Thank you for your feedback, I sincerely apologize this happened. We did tell you ahead and of time about the refrigerator situation, it went out when the guests stayed before you, and made you aware of the situation and you were ok with it. Appliances break and need replacing, unfortunately it was at a time when one guest was checking out and you were checking in on the same day. Thats why I was sure to make you aware. Our maintenance man wasn’t truthful with you, he was trying to cover his mistake of cutting the water line when he installed the refrigerator. He makes mistakes and we are looking for a new maintenance team. I’m glad our cleaner was able to accommodate you with fresh towels, that is her job, and is why we pay her very well. I would love to have you back again under normal circumstances. Thank you for staying, we appreciate the feedback l.
