A Favorite on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time to stay in this house! We like the location, lift, front porch, and bedroom layout. House needed a few maintenance issues but not unusual after summer renters.

Awesome House and Location

We had an excellent time at this house and on our trip to Bolivar. We love Bolivar and have been coming here for many years. This is the first time we have stayed in this subdivision and it was great. The house was just perfect and had everything you could want. We will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this property

My family’s stay at this property could not have been better. The house was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and the amenities were all we could hope for and need. The lyft made bringing supplies up so easy, no 30 trips up and down the stairs. The fenced in yard was great for the pups. Short walk to the crossover bridge to the beach. Cobb gals answered all my questions and made check in and check out a breeze. Will definitely rent again.

Clean and spacious!

This was our first time renting this house and we will definitely be back. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. The fenced in yard is a huge plus for pets. The only downside is the children’s playhouse is no longer in the yard despite it being in the photos. We just kept the kids busy on the beach. 😊

We would recommend this house for large family gatherings, except for Thanksgiving 2025 as we have already reserved it!!!

Just what we were hoping for!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is VERY clean and had more kitchenware than most of the beach rental we have stayed at. Private gated community with easy access to the beach walking or on the golf cart we brought. We have been going to Destin area for the last 10 years and this was a great alternative for our family with 1/2 of the drive time from Dallas/Ft Worth area. Cobb's staff was very helpful every time I called- highly recommend!

A Grand House!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to rent this lovely home. Sadly, we will not rent again because there were no regular stations on the TV. Going to only streaming eliminated football. We are good Texans and will not go six days with no sports. Poor decision!

Paradise is "Just Sun & Beach"!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was simply AWESOME! The location, weather, sights and sounds made us think of what paradise must be. From the panoramic sunrise to the ocean-filled sunsets, we were on the front porch overlooking the beach, fishermen and beachcomers below, with seagulls, cranes, ducks and pelicans flying above, and the soothing sounds of the waves as a background melody, we thought we were in heaven, if just for a little while. We made everlasting memories walking the beach each day, collecting shells, counting the ships, throwing a football, watching our teams win in football and watching our son compete in the Port Bolivar TriAthelon! And yes, everything was perfect, as advetised, and the Cobb staff was most helpful, so we will be back next year for more of paradise, at "Just Sun and Beach"!

Late summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just Sun and Beach is located in our favorite neighborhood to vacation in. We have rented homes in Biscayne the last few years and just love the area (less crowded and quite). Had everything we were looking for in a beach house. Love the floor plan. Great area for fishing, shelling, cooking lunch and strolling on the beach, and watching the sunrise. Cobb RE is a pleasure to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to make our stay worry and stress free!

Girls’ Trip 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Cobb for over 10 years. They have always been helpful and quick to address any needs we have had. We had a major issue before arrival this year and Jessica at Cobb worked with us to achieve the best solution we could. The house we stayed in 4 Biscayne, was beautiful, clean, up to date, and great location. The views were amazing. I would recommend bringing/renting a golf cart at this location, though.
