Beautiful beachfront home in family friendly, exclusive, gated Biscayne subdivision. This special getaway offers sweeping views of the gulf, sunrise and sunset from the wrap around deck. Enjoy the view from inside though a wall of windows that brings the outside in! Enjoy family gatherings and entertaining in the well appointed kitchen with GE Cafe appliances, ice maker, double wine/beverage cooler and estate large island. Large deck with furniture, fenced yard and play set for kids! You will really appreciate the cargo lift to bring up your groceries and luggage. Also includes a whole home generator to keep you comfortable if the power goes out. This home truly offers everything you need for a Crystal Beach vacation to remember and will book fast! Awesome House and Location

We had an excellent time at this house and on our trip to Bolivar. We love Bolivar and have been coming here for many years. This is the first time we have stayed in this subdivision and it was great. The house was just perfect and had everything you could want. We will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this property

My family’s stay at this property could not have been better. The house was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and the amenities were all we could hope for and need. The lyft made bringing supplies up so easy, no 30 trips up and down the stairs. The fenced in yard was great for the pups. Short walk to the crossover bridge to the beach. Cobb gals answered all my questions and made check in and check out a breeze. Will definitely rent again.

Clean and spacious!

This was our first time renting this house and we will definitely be back. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. The fenced in yard is a huge plus for pets. The only downside is the children’s playhouse is no longer in the yard despite it being in the photos. We just kept the kids busy on the beach. 😊

Private gated community with easy access to the beach walking or on the golf cart we brought. We have been going to Destin area for the last 10 years and this was a great alternative for our family with 1/2 of the drive time from Dallas/Ft Worth area. Cobb's staff was very helpful every time I called- highly recommend!

From the panoramic sunrise to the ocean-filled sunsets, we were on the front porch overlooking the beach, fishermen and beachcomers below, with seagulls, cranes, ducks and pelicans flying above, and the soothing sounds of the waves as a background melody, we thought we were in heaven, if just for a little while. We made everlasting memories walking the beach each day, collecting shells, counting the ships, throwing a football, watching our teams win in football and watching our son compete in the Port Bolivar TriAthelon! And yes, everything was perfect, as advetised, and the Cobb staff was most helpful, so we will be back next year for more of paradise, at "Just Sun and Beach"!

We have rented homes in Biscayne the last few years and just love the area (less crowded and quite). Had everything we were looking for in a beach house. Love the floor plan. Great area for fishing, shelling, cooking lunch and strolling on the beach, and watching the sunrise. Cobb RE is a pleasure to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to make our stay worry and stress free!
