Beautiful house. Very clean. Encountered some issues with a leaking roof in the kitchen and a bird inside the house. The staff promptly had a maintenance person within 20mins and identified the leak but stated there was nothing he could do at the time and left. So we were unable to use the kitchen ceiling lights as water was dripping from a socket and concerned in starting a fire.All in all.the property is nice and I would recommend for someone wanting be at the beach house, but not on the beach. as the beach has heavy vehicle traffic and a noticeable amount of seaweed and trash washed up in it. I would say the house would be a 5 star if we were not constantly worried about the house catching on fire, as, other lights in the house started flickering and dimming by themselves and the breaker panel locked behind one of the 8 doors we didn’t have access to. Also if the beach would be cleaned.

Walking into the great room and seeing the gulf through the amazing wall of windows is a wow factor of 10! Viewing the home from the beach is also a wow factor of 10. We enjoyed a week here at It's a Shore Thing and was not disappointed by the views. The days were cool and we knew that prior to arriving so having the option to have that first cup of coffee inside or outside with the same great view was perfect. A couple of call outs that I was impressed with were the master bath and the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The master bath is designed like a luxury resort bathroom. The tall Adirondack deck chairs were perfect for sitting outside and seeing over the railings. Another nice touch was all the starter amenities were top quality and enough for us to get through the week. The rating f good is due to the same call out in recent reviews. The outside deck needs attention, maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. While this did not diminish the lovely time we had staying at this property, it was noticeable and should be addressed. The house is older than the Vrbo pictures as there is a home built on both sides of the property now. The community is gated and the homes are kept up and yards manicured throughout. It was a great stay.

Gorgeous home lots of pluses! Each room has a humidifier, the house was cool all the time. Very clean, tons of dishes and cookware everything is tip top shape. Can’t beat the view and the secluded part of the beach.Golf carts go nicely across the bridges to the beach. Gated community, locals say you don’t have to worry about things being stolen, it’s a safe community.House is showing usual repairs and touch ups that come from being on the beach.Only minus was the bedding was uncomfortable and new pillows for sleeping needed. Talked to the management company about this and they said they will correct this.Fantastic communication, location and view from top to bottom. Do NOT hesitate to book!!
