The house was so clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and outdoor furniture. We had a great time grilling and eating in the backyard. We used the bikes to ride on the shining sea bikeway. The house is so close to Main St shops and restaurants. The beach is close by too! We definitely want to go back next year. Overall, a great stay in Falmouth.

Great setup for two families with young kids, and walkable location. We appreciated the flexibility with check-in/check-out too!

This was a great house! Perfect location, well stocked and lots of nice touches from the owners. We weren't in town long, and at the house long enough to sleep, but everyone agreed we would stay here again!

This is just as pictured on the listing, although the outside is actually even better - a private and quiet oasis with tons of seating options and an easy back exit as a shortcut to the beach. The location is great - walking distance to everything downtown. Walked to the beach each am with my coffee! Very relaxing. Host allowed an early check in and the first night we enjoyed the complimentary prosecco! Nice touch. Only heads up - bathrooms (showers in particular) are quite small. Ok for us but a large person may struggle.

Great Place to Stay!

The property is perfect. Sooo close to town and an easy walk to the beach. So much ch room and hosts are really generous with supplies and accessories. I would not hesitate to book again.

Overall great experience. The house was cute, clean and close to everything in Falmouth. Communication was good and the house items were very accommodating.

Beautiful home in great location

Stayed for a long weekend. Located close to fun area with great shops and restaurants, but still a quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. Home and yard are beautiful. Beds were comfortable even with our bad backs. Loved the coffee bar! Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing location & backyard

The house was so comfortable, very well stocked, amazing location close to town but still so quiet and so easy to get to the beach. The backyard was unexpected is our favorite part!

Great place near the center of town

This is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood and also very convenient to main street in Falmouth. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops or get take out and bring it back to the house, all without having to drive or worry about parking.The house is well equipped and very comfortable, and has a large private back yard set up for outside eating or relaxing.We would be happy to return for another visit.

Welcoming, comfortable home

The house was beautiful and had lots of amenities. Our kids especially appreciated the selection of games. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. We had an easy walk to the beach and took full advantage of being around the corner from Madison Villatte. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lovely home in great location

This was our second stay at the house. The house iscomfortable and generously equipped. The backyard looks great, but since we were there is late fall, we didn't take advantage of it. The beds are very comfortable as is the furniture. We love the location since it's an easy stroll into town and walk to the beach. The owners have always been responsive and helpful.

Great Location

Easy walk to the downtown area, to the beach, quiet street just a short walk to the shops, food etc. Comfortable house with everything you need, nice back yard with patio and all you need if you want to enjoy the area or just hang out and throw something on the grill. Owner very attentive in checking in with us to make sure all ok. In town for a family wedding, rainy weekend, but still was able to enjoy.

Highly recommend. Everything is exactly as represented. Plenty of parking, 5-minute walk or less to Main Street. 0.6 miles to the beach. The property owner provides everything possible to make your stay comfortable and fun, both inside and outside of the property. Large flat screen with steaming access, to dozens and dozens of games to play provided, to the much-appreciated, awesome coffee bar. Outside is a hot tub, fire pit, multiple outdoor seating options and locations, and even bikes in the garage. I can't say enough!

Location, Location, Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Sarah was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The coffee bar was such a perk! This property was stocked with games, coloring books, crayons (my kids were thrilled)! There were so many little details that made the stay memorable. The location could not have been more ideal! We walked everywhere -- restaurants, shops, and the beach! We stayed here on an unseasonably warm weekend in November and loved hanging out in the backyard after walking to the Patisserie for breakfast every morning. We have already talked about when we can make a return trip. Thank you!!

Loved it!

This property has everything going for it. It was clean and very well equipped. We probably could have just hung out in the backyard the whole time. Lots of space and seats and a lovely garden with lots of flowers to enjoy. The 2-5 minute walk to the restaurants downtown was a very big plus. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra towels. The coffee bar was very well stocked and so easy to use. We didn’t cook but there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too. The host, Sarah was extremely responsive and thoughtful.The welcome gift and personal note were much appreciated.

A great rental for lots of reasons

Location of this home couldn’t have been better. Walking into town was a breeze, the beach walk felt longer than expected but we seniors opted to drive and parking was convenient and easy. I wish we’d had a longer stay to enjoy the sweet backyard space. Except for the one upstairs bedroom, the home was roomy and comfortable. We (6 adult seniors) needed 3 queen beds but the low bed in that upstairs room, the poor lighting, no closet or dresser, banging our backs on the ceiling and getting up and down off the floor was difficult. Suggestion: keep one bunk downstairs and add a queen bed for grown ups. Separate the other bunk and put those in that upstairs room. Kids can get off of the floor!! Overall, the home, location and communication was a strong plus. That room however was a big minus for us. We’d still come back but maybe with two couples instead of three.

Thank you for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed your stay. We will add some additional lighting to the office that has the queen bed. You are correct that queen bed in the 2nd floor office is a low platform bed and that office does have a sloping ceiling across the front of the room. Will definitely consider the suggestion about the bed locations (we will have to take some measurements). If we do end up changing locations, we will update the listing and pictures. Thanks again!
