Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.  The Palms Resort is a 17-story resort located on 25th Avenue North Ocean Blvd a very highly sought after beachfront  location.  Guests love being able to walk to several dining and entertainment options within 2-3 minutes of the Palms Resort.  Our guests truly enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!  Our guests also have access to free parking for 2 vehicles only and the beach is only steps away.

Pack light!  We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay.  We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Please note: Two parking passes will be provided, and they will be inside the condo on the kitchen counter or table! There is are 2 parking garages across the street for permanent parking. Extra vehicles will have to find alternative parking at your expense.  No motorcycles, golf carts, mopeds, or trailers are allowed.  Towing from the resort is enforced!  Parking passes must be displayed at all times.  Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit are subject to towing at the owner's expense.  NO PETS OR SMOKING!
