Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 9th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 9th floor offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers a master bedroom w/ king bed and attached bath w/ large walk-in shower along w/ direct access to the large balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

*Guests can also park on the 9th level just steps away from the condo and not have to use the stairs or elevators!

Most of the beach view is obstructed. We never got in the pools they were dirty and green. We killed roaches in the condo everyday.

The hotel was filthy upon arrival. I dont think the cleaning crew came in. Floors, showers, counters all dirty. Hair everywhere. We actually had to clean before unpacking. Furniture was nasty. Both hottubs were down. 1 restaurant only open during lunch. Pool bar was not open half the time of our stay.

The condo was lovely, I particularly loved the layout of the space. I was a little disappointed with the straight on view of the ocean. There was a building in front of our condo. However, we had wonderful side views. I loved the parking access. Overall it was clean, however, we found lots of dust and, items behind the couch and under the TV stand. The doors to the washer and dryer need a good vacuuming. With that being said, my family enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again. The pool area is amazing and access to the beach is very convenient. I wish the individuals who set up the umbrellas and chairs would leave space for people who bring their own chairs and umbrellas.

Our VRBO itself was redone and decorated cute. The overall stay though...not impressed. They advertise it can sleep 10 but the unit had 7 forks. We were given one roll of TP for each bathroom for our 5 day stay and 0 paper towels. Our unit had very random misc things but no full set of dishes, pots/pans/silverware etc. We bought a ton of groceries to save on eating out..had pizza one night to discover no pizza cutter. 2 packs of laundry detergent were left for us to wash our towels. When you have 8 people staying for 5 days, that doesnt get you far. If the unit can sleep 10 people, the kitchen should be set up for 10 people to eat. Take very small portion of the money we paid for our stay and do some updates within the cabinets. We also had no wash rags for dishes, there were a couple microfiber rags under the sink. No hand towels either. A deep cleaning could definitely be done. The trim work and washer/dyer closet doors were filthy. I had wrappers between my bed and night stand and crumbs under the couch. No garbage bags provided. I understand you may not be able to leave a box of bags, tons of laundry soap, tp etc..but maybe leave a certain amount accordingly to the timeframe the group is staying? We came to SC and had to buy so much random stuff.. trash bags, tp, paper towels, dish soap, just to name a few.

Family Vacation in Mrytle Beach

There was a lot to do in the resort, very clean and room for the entire family! There was a little confusion on the check in process as the condo was rented by a private owner and not through the resort but everything was sorted out!

Clean and as described

Had a decent view of the ocean from the balcony. Check in was super easy and everything was laid out in the text and emails. Communication was good with whoever I was booking with and was able to book an extra day due to have the room open a day sooner.

I was a little disappointed that the building looks pretty old. Beds were comfy, living room chairs were comfy, but the couch is awful! The kitchen is in need of some basic things like pot holders, baking sheets and mixing bowls, there are NONE of the above, so be prepared if you stay in this unit.

Good not Great

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. Food wrappers and tons of dirt/dust under the beds. Couch and chairs are covered in stains and everything feels damp. Management group was responsive and polite and attempted to make it right.

Family vacation

Stayed with family, 9 people total. Was a nice place to stay. Could have used some ceiling fans to help move some air. Clean rooms and kitchen had enough items for making dinners. I would stay there again.

Great vacation stay!

Price, location and amenities were great! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families. The pools, restaurant, Starbucks and gift shop were very convenient. The condo was nice and comfortable with a balcony that has a great view of the ocean and the pool.

Nice place. Only issue we had in condo was master bathroom shower didn’t have much water pressure and temperature of water was difficult to maintain from hot. All other amenities were correct as listed on ad. Had a great time

Enjoyed our time

My family of 8 just returned from our stay at Grande Cayman resort. The resort was nice overall. The kids really enjoyed the pools and activities at the resort. There were a couple things that would have made the stay better. The major one being that when we booked our room; the description said it was oceanfront. It failed to mention that there was another tall building in front of our balcony on the 9th floor. While we could see parts of the beach and ocean if we looked left or right; it wasn’t the oceanfront experience that we expected and have had in the past at other locations. The listing description for this property would be better off listed as ocean view instead of ocean front. Taking the trash out wasn’t the most productive either. There were only a couple trash cans out near the parking garage that made it difficult to throw stuff away if they were remotely full. My opinion is that a trash shoot to a dumpster or access to a dumpster would be nice but not a huge deal. Overall our stay was nice. I would book here again as long as I knew ahead of time that the room was truly oceanfront.

The three bedroom, two bath condo made it so nice to come back from the beach or pool, and everyone can clean up and chill out without being on top of one another! Bunnie down at the front desk area was a HUGE help, and made sure our stay was one to remember! The hallways and elevators needs work/ cleaning, but besides that, it was amazing. We will be back for sure!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The check-in process was fast and efficient. Parking near the condo on the 9th floor. Spacious interior, great layout for the family. We had an great stay and will be back.

Overall great

The condo itself is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the morning waves and the spacious rooms. My only issue was with the resort itself. The pools were dirty and one of the spas was broken and missing water. The area itself was loud and you could hear people playing loud music and screaming all hours of the night.

Grand Children's First Beach Experience

The condo was clean all but a used bar of soap up on top of the shower door in the bathroom attached to the master but everything else was clean. We visited the starbucks frequently and the food at Due south at 72nd was good. I highly recommend this location.
