Great property and within easy walking distance to the downtown area and whiskey row. If you have a larger vehicle like a sprinter, parking is a little tight but doable. Great place to stay in the heart of Prescott.

Small but comfortable for one person. The location was great and the host was responsive when I needed anything. There were some minor repairs that need to be made - toilet paper holder and kitchen faucet are both loose.

The guest house was so nice. The entire home was so clean and comfortably laid out. Check in was a breeze, we had no issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and the little side room to put our clothes was nice. Bathroom was so pretty. The property is well located to every place we visit while in Prescott. We have stayed at other properties of Melanie & Eric and have always had a 5 star experience. We would stay here again.

The place was cute, clean, and easy to check in and out of. I loved how close it was to downtown and Whiskey Row, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The only issue was the parking. The alley is very narrow, and the entrance through the wooden fence is tight. A motorcycle was parked directly across from the entrance, making it extremely difficult to pull in and out. Aside from the parking, I really enjoyed my stay and thought the place was great!
