Adorable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home in the heart of Prescott! Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located only 7 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $4 dollar Uber. There is even a trail head to one of Acker Parks trail loops a stones throw away. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet House.

Other things to note
The driveway is a bit steep. Guests with smaller vehicles may want to opt for parking in the dirt area in front of the house. This is a duplex, so you share a wall with another unit, there is a chance you may hear noise from neighboring unit

We were there to welcome a new baby into our family. Melanie was great! Communication was amazing and very easy. The house was spotless and super cute, just like it was described. Beds were comfy. Thank Melanie for being such a wonderful host!

Quiet, convenient location

Nice place to spend some time. Close to historic downtown area and restaurants. We recommend 222 Penn Place.

From the device chargers to the number of pillows these hosts have thought of everything. Lovely house in a nice neighborhood. Can't recommend it enough.

Your home was nice clean and comfortable. You had all of the necessary supplies including all soaps and towels, even K cups. The only disappointment was a guy who rented the back apartment on Thursday night.

Whiskey Off Road

4 of us stayed here for 3 nights for the Whiskey Off Road. Location is great.... 15 minute walk to the starting line. House was clean and comfortable.

A great place!

This property is very clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We stayed here for 2 weeks in January of 2024 and it was very comfortable. It is also close to historical downtown which was a bonus! I would stay here again forsure.

Very nice

The 2 bedroom was perfect for me and my mother. Great price! Mom loved watching the snowy scene from the big windows in the front room. It was nice and warm inside. The owners were very accommodating, coming to replace a filter when requested and keeping driveway as clear as possible. It was quite clean, especially for an older dwelling. Appliances outdated and the oven could use a scrub, but they all worked great and were well maintained. We did not use the washer though. All in all it was absolutely perfect for our needs! Even during a snow storm, we had no issues and felt safe, entertained, and had plenty of space, and coffee!! We would definitely stay there again.

Good place to stay

Me and my mother was in town for my nephew graduation. Every good was good except for the bed and and the steep driveway. You have to use a alley to park your car. And the the beds was a little hard for our backs other wise it was a good place.

Lovely Place to Stay

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Everything was clean and well maintained, neighborhood was safe, hosts we're sweet and put some water and soda in the fridge for us. Great place to stay!

Perfect weekend get away

Clean and spacious property, with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend to anybody who likes privacy and quiet. The host exactly knew what we needed to feel comfortable and safe. We truly enjoyed our stay.
