Adorable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home in the heart of Prescott! Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located only 7 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $4 dollar Uber. There is even a trail head to one of Acker Parks trail loops a stones throw away. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet House.

The driveway is a bit steep. Guests with smaller vehicles may want to opt for parking in the dirt area in front of the house. This is a duplex, so you share a wall with another unit, there is a chance you may hear noise from neighboring unit

Excellent communication with the host, easy parking, and not too far from downtown and the main square. It’s an older home so expect older finishes, appliances, and some minor repairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our multi-day at Pennsylvania House A. It's comfortable, well kept home away from home. It's also within a short distance to the heart of Prescott. Prescott is a unique, historic small city filled with great pubs and restaurants and a wonderful climate. Penn House is a great place to stay while enjoying Prescott. Jim and Karel

Couch and loveseat were both aged and stained which made comfort a challenge. We were asked to “lightly wash” the dishes before placing in the “dishwasher” which didn’t exist. No dishcloth available to wash anything which made us wonder how clean any of the dishes actually were. Ok location for area activities but the place needs some updates and basic necessities.

Quiet, convenient location

Nice place to spend some time. Close to historic downtown area and restaurants. We recommend 222 Penn Place.

A great place!

This property is very clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We stayed here for 2 weeks in January of 2024 and it was very comfortable. It is also close to historical downtown which was a bonus! I would stay here again forsure.

We were there to welcome a new baby into our family. Melanie was great! Communication was amazing and very easy. The house was spotless and super cute, just like it was described. Beds were comfy. Thank Melanie for being such a wonderful host!

Entry door has no weather strip on bottom and needs to be replaced a little paint and I would give ie it 5 stars everything we needed was there and clean

Whiskey Off Road

4 of us stayed here for 3 nights for the Whiskey Off Road. Location is great.... 15 minute walk to the starting line. House was clean and comfortable.

Thoughtful Hosts

From the device chargers to the number of pillows these hosts have thought of everything. Lovely house in a nice neighborhood. Can't recommend it enough.

Good place to stay

Me and my mother was in town for my nephew graduation. Every good was good except for the bed and and the steep driveway. You have to use a alley to park your car. And the the beds was a little hard for our backs other wise it was a good place.

Your home was nice clean and comfortable. You had all of the necessary supplies including all soaps and towels, even K cups. The only disappointment was a guy who rented the back apartment on Thursday night.

Quick stay for work

Clean and great location. Checking in through Vrbo was not functional, but property manager was responsive in assisting. The unit has a bit of a stale smoke odor, otherwise appeared well cleaned. Thanks
