Other things to note
The driveway is a bit steep. Guests with smaller vehicles may want to opt for parking in the dirt area in front of the house. This is a duplex, so you share a wall with another unit, there is a chance you may hear noise from neighboring unit

We had a wonderful stay however, there are items that need repair. We did mention to the hpuse keeper that we did not have a supply of garbage bags and first aid kit was empty. We really did enjoy our stay.

The parking was right in front on the property which made it easy to unload and load. For us the location was good for walking to and from downtown and then some as we like to walk a lot while in Prescott. It was also easily accessible to drive to local places, including to play golf. While staying there when we had questions or needs Melanie & Eric responded right away. We are already booking another stay in Prescott with Melanie & Eric soon! Thank you, Melanie & Eric for making our stay a pleasant one.

Excellent communication with the host, easy parking, and not too far from downtown and the main square. It’s an older home so expect older finishes, appliances, and some minor repairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our multi-day at Pennsylvania House A. It's comfortable, well kept home away from home. It's also within a short distance to the heart of Prescott. Prescott is a unique, historic small city filled with great pubs and restaurants and a wonderful climate. Penn House is a great place to stay while enjoying Prescott. Jim and Karel
