Enjoy your stay in Anchorage, Alaska in this cozy, newly built townhome! This townhouse is at a great neighborhood in Anchorage central core. A short drive to downtown, great restaurant, local brewery, hospital and easy access to highway towards Girdwood, Seward,
Kenai and Homer. You’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, breweries and shops near by. High speed Wifi and
heated garage parking are included. We hope to provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy!

Wonderful place. Nice and clean and felt safe and secure. Appreciated the garage where we were able to store some of our stuff. The place felt very new and clean. Will certainly see if it’s available when we go back to Anchorage again.

The townhouse was in the perfect location for our stay in Anchorage. It was between the airport/downtown and the Seward Highway. There are plenty of restra options and it was a couple of miles from Walmart, Costco, and the mall.

This property is great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and it felt pretty central within Anchorage. Two windows in the living room didn’t have blinds but that didn’t matter because both bedrooms have like true blackout blinds. That was something I was worried about because natural light wakes me up easily, but I had no issues and slept very well. The only thing was that the house was warm (I don’t think it has ac). The unit did have fans that helped though. And since we weren’t home much during the day it wasn’t really a problem. The host was really responsive. I reached out to let him know the iron in the unit wasn’t working and he brought me one that does. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this property.
The kitchen/living room is on the second floor.

Great stay!

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks for vacation. This property was great. End unit of newly built 2-story condo/apartment building. Very clean. Located on a dead end street in a very quiet, private residential area. 1st floor has bedroom, full bath with tub, laundry room and mud room area. 2nd floor has bedroom, full bath with tub, full kitchen, living room and small dining area. Also has a 1-car garage. Short driving distance to pretty much any stores or restaurants we wanted to go to. Walking distance (less than a mile) to a great, scenic park. Always felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed everything about this townhouse located conveniently to everything. In a quiet neighborhood but just 2 blocks from a main street. Perfect for 4 adults, 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The best communication I have experienced from a VRBO rental! Well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this unit !!

Alaska adventure

New, very well kept townhome. Close to many things in Anchorage and a central hub for our trips to Denali, Seward and many points of interest between. Hosts were very accommodating and communication with them was excellent. If I ever come back, will stay here again.
