This rental feels like a home. The owner is so helpful and kind. The house is very clean, well decorated and has everything you could need. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to downtown and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our jumping off point for our Alaska adventure. Nice family home in a neighborhood. Easy to navigate from the airport, close to amenities, downtown not too far of a drive. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

What a great property!!! I can NOT say enough good things about Joey.. great communicator & very accommodating without us even asking. The beds are FANTASTIC & although we didn’t get to get in the hot tub it was awesome as well. Thanks again Joey for being such a fantabulous host

The place is in a good location for Anchorage and easy to get in and out of the property. The garage was big enough for our rental SUV so that was a bonus. The house was clean and maintained well, maybe a little dated in the bathrooms but not bad. We did not use the hot tub so cannot review that. The only thing I didn’t like was the owner showing up unexpectedly after we had already arrived. This was not arranged or talked about ahead of time so that was odd. In the future any visits should be discussed beforehand. All in all a great stay and would recommend.
