Would stay again!

Joey is a good host. Everything was straightforward for check in and out. The home was beautiful and clean, it felt really homey. We loved the jacuzzi with the pretty lights surrounding in the backgrounds. We also loved the cozy little fireplace that has real flames and gives off heat, really added to the pizzazz... it turns on with a light switch.The location was prefect and neighborhood was great too. It felt safe. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for what we needed

This was perfect for what we needed. Stayed for 3 nights before we were going on cruise. Place was in a good central location, clean and just like the pictures. It was 3 couples. I would stay here again.

Great spot, felt like home

Coworkers and I stayed for work. It was a great house and location. Had everything and was heated well. We didn't use the hot tub but owner was very nice and was going to start at for us before we got there. Go to Anchorage for work all the time definitely look back at staying here again

A Cozy Haven

This home was wonderful for our family's stay in Anchorage. The location is ideal for being close to amenities yet not in the hustle and bustle. The space was warm and inviting making us feel right at home. The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The host is fantastic and very responsive, working overtime to make sure our stay was perfect. He included thoughtful touches to go above and beyond. Thank you again for hosting us!

Wonderful south Anchorage home!

We loved the house! Check in was a breeze, communication with owner was great. House is conveniently located on the south end of town, grocery store is right nearby and convenient access to Minnesota Drive. House was spotless, bed was comfortable with nice sheets and comforter, kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was clean and so nice to soak in. I definitely recommend. Would rent again without hesitation.

Stay Cation

We own a new business here in town and have put so much into it we didn’t eat to travel this last year and we just needed a get away with a yard and most importantly a hot tub. hotels are no privacy and crowded. This home and hot tub are so worth it. Very clean. Very comfortable, Highly recommend and we will be staying again soon!

Girls trip

The house was easy to find it was in a nice quiet area,well setup and stocked. Our group didn't have any issues during our stay. The home did feel very cozy, the rooms have penalty of space. Hottub is effortless to operate. Host is kind and easy to get a hold of for any questions.

Great space

House was perfect and comfortable. My only complaint was that due to the Crowdstrike we were unable to access the house for two days until we were able to rebook. While I know this was not the host fault, it was not mine either. We also paid for an extra night , totaling three nights that were paid for that we were not there. I was hoping for a split in the costs but was told that we might get a discount if we stayed again. Other than that, the rental was great, clean and spacious.
