This was an incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay. The hot tub was such a wonderful addition to our trip. Joey was an amazing host, and we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Alaska! The home was comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great stay, Joey!

Highly recommend. Cute house! It is about 10-15 minutes to the airport and train station. Grocery store is close by as well. Owner was great to work with, great communication and no issues. Very clean and would stay there again!

“our family of 4 had an awesome stay in this cozy ranch house. The fresh flowers were a hit! The living areas are nice and roomy, the hot tub was awesome, and the fireplace was wonderful to use on our chilly evenings. The neighborhood is both quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Joey was a great host! He reached out beforehand to ask for our desired hot tub temperature and had it ready to go upon our arrival. The house is very spacious and fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, soap, and plenty of towels for both the shower and the hot tub. Having access to the garage was a nice perk, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It is in a convenient location and generally seemed like a safe area. The home was clean, plenty of amenities, and the hot tub worked. We stayed for 3 nights. Beds were pretty comfortable, King size in the master was a bonus.

Clean, spacious 3-bd, 2-ba in quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood. Execellent communication with Joey! Loved the large garage! Comfy beds and lots of blankies. Fairly well-equipped kitchen (but no vegetable peeler, no knife set). Clear, explicit instructions on hot tub use (which we didn’t take advantage of). Also, great wi-fi, Lots of streaming channels for a rainy day. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is a spacious three bedroom! It was perfect for our last few days in Anchorage before a long travel home. We especially loved the hottub! Our toddler loved the space in the open living area as well. The host is an excellent communicator and provides all the essentials. The place is also in an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!
