I did not come up there to ski, was there for Family weekend at the university. Access to/from the city was easy. Hot tub was clean and nice to have. The condo was clean and the host was great at communication.

Lovely spot for a ski vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer, the property manager, made sure our stay was comfortable and welcomed us warmly. The condo itself was exactly as billed. Location to shops, restaurants, ski shop was walkable and convenient. Would highly recommend!

Great place for family with access to ski resorts

We had a great stay at this condo for our ski vacation. We chose to stay in Cottonwood Heights to be near family who live in the area, but it turned out to be a great location for accessing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons as we explored different resorts. The condo was comfortable for our family of 4, and the hot tub was the best thing for after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice, clean place with great amenties and easy access to skiing. Host left many thoughtful extras which were appreciated (including snacks, toiletries, spices, trail maps and an extra toothbrush and toothpaste) and was easy to communicate with. There was even a boot warmer. It was spacious and had a nice, private hot tub on the deck. Easy access to the slopes and a huge garage that would accomodate two large SUVs. My only criticism (and it wouldn't bother most people) is that they use scented fabric softener that left a scent in the whole home and made my asthma flare. Also, beware there are a lot of stairs. I expected this since it was a townhouse and it is not usually something I'd think about, but stairs are sometimes a pain after a long day of shredding, especially for a midwesterner who isn't used to the mountains. Another thing to note is that there is one full bathroom on the bedroom level and another full bath on the main level. Not a problem for us, but something to know ahead of time. All in all a good stay in a central location and great host.

Sweet ski pad and location

We originally wanted to stay slope side and found this great place that is about 10 miles below Alta/Snowbird. To have restaurants, grocery, liquor store, Ski & See, Crumble Cookie + close and good location to do other options or city, was excellent. The condo setup and garage were also ideal for family and snowfall. Definitely want to return!

Excellent place to stay for skiing

Very nice condo. Very comfortable and clean. Nicely supplied with amenities - soaps, paper towels, etc. - which is rare for HomeAway. Good hot tub. Downsides: heating very uneven between floors; checkout rules that you're required to wash the towels or sheets and take out the garbage is pretty outrageous considering you're paying $275 per night PLUS $100 for cleaning.

Great Place and Location

We stayed at the bottom on Big Cottonwood Canyon. Location was great because we could zip to either canyon (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton etc.) . The facilities were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host (Jennifer) was very helpful with getting discount lift tickets. We had an issue with the washing machine ( hey things break down every now and then). Jennifer was very accommodating as she gave us access to another unit to wash. She had someone in to fix it the next day. This is a place that I will definitely return.

Excellent Condo for Ski Access

This condo is clean and well equipped. Quick access to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. Also close to food shopping, liquor store and good restaurants. Easy access to buses to ski resorts if you don’t want to drive. My daughter and I took the bus one day. Bus may come in handy on days when the canyon roads are closed to vehicles without 4x4 + chains. Clean private hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi plus full entertainment system included. The only thing missing is bbq grill out on the patio. We will go back. Jennifer the property manager is on top of everything.

Let me count the ways this property is so great!

We stayed at this property for 9 days. The first thing we appreciated was how great Jennifer was with communication before checking, during checkin and while we stayed there. She was available and helpful for everything we needed. The property looks just like the photos - it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds, linens, and furniture are clean and very comfortable. My husband and son skied and I was working on a project so I spent a lot of time in the property. The fireplace is lovely, the whole place has light and is airy, and the kitchen has the things we needed to have meals and snacks. There is a dishwasher! There washer/dryer was a huge bonus as we went home with clean clothes from our trip - loved not having multiple loads to do right after vacation! The garage was easy access and took care of parking issues. The location was right near Little/Big Cotton Canyons and 40 minutes from DEER Valley which we visited multiple times to ski and spa. We will be back next year!

Great Location!!!

The condo was great and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for hitting Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. The check in process was smooth and Jennifer was very attentive. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds are comfy. We’ll be back :)

Great Mountain House

Easy 20-30 minute drive to the big 4 Ikon mountains (Bird/Alta/Brighton/Solitdue). Hottub was great kitchen well stocked. Very close to grocery store, would stay here again for another ski trip!

Hi! Thanks for looking at one of our condos! I am an Utah real estate broker and property manager. My husband, Matt is a builder/developer. We have an 11 year old daughter, Avery.
We manage this condo for the owner but care for it as we do our own! It is next door to our 4 bedroom 4 bath condo.

We own two units at the Canyon Racquet Club condominiums (VRBO #142268 4 bed 4 bath in the same building, a 4 bed 3 bath #3047385 and #324276 2 bed 3 bath). We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy! We love Utah and all it has to offer!
We are Utah natives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry, local expertise and vacation rental management experience I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, better maintained, fully equipped and of course, MORE FUN!!!
I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments of this property or one of our others!

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including summer and winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights city).

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski, snowshoe, hike, bike, and picnic in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores, liquor store and restaurants are close by as well. Great local coffee shop (Alpha Coffee), Porcupine Pub, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and Lift House Sports are all within walking distance.
The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling.
